산재장애인의 자기보고식 직업평가 결과와 신체기능평가의 관계

국문 초록

이 연구는 산재장애인의 직업평가에서 사용되는 자기보고식 직업평가표의 결과와 신체기능평가의 결과를 구조화하고 두 가지 평가결과 간의 관계를 구명하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 특히 산재장애인에게 일반적으로 사용되어 오고 있는 직업평가 방법의 적용에 있어서의 타당성과 평가결과의 객관성을 확보해나가기 위한 시험적 연구로서 그 의의를 가진다. 본 연구에서는 2009년 1분기 내에 두 가지 평가방법을 모두 적용한 산재장애인 152명을 대상으로 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 요인분석 결과, 직업평가표 평가결과는 ① 장애에 대한 신체적․심리적 적응 수준 ② 재활동기 및 적극성 ③ 교육수준 ④ 환경적 자원 ⑤ 사회적 적응수준이라는 5가지 요인으로 유목화되었으며, 신체기능수준에 대한 평가결과는 ① 몸체 및 하지부 기능 ② 들기 및 우측 상지기능 ③ 좌측 상지 기능으로 범주화되었다. 이러한 8가지 요인들에 대한 요인점수를 산출하여 두 가지 평가결과 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 몸체와 하지기능 수준이 낮은 경우에는 신체적 적응력이나 장애수용도, 작업의 강도, 직업·사회생활의 자신감 등이 더 낮다고 인식하는 경향이 있으며, 사회활동수준도 낮아지고 사회생활 및 일상생활의 만족도도 낮아지는 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 연구결과는 신체적·심리적 적응수준 즉 장애정도와 수용정도, 작업강도에 대한 인식 등을 높이기 위해서는 사회적 적응수준 즉 가족의 재활에 대한 관심과 실직기간의 최소화가 중요하며, 특히 몸체와 하지기능이 제한적인 경우 보다 특별한 관심이 필요하다는 재활상담에서의 함의점을 제시해 준다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to systematize self-reported scales and functional capacity evaluation of injured workers and to investigate the relationship Between factors out of these methods. The participants of this study are composed of 152 persons who have been provided rehabilitation services since 2009. The results of this study is can be summarized as follows. First, the results of factor analysis of self reported scales are presented in five factors named in physical and psychological adaptation of disabilities, injured workers motivation and volunteering, educational level, environmental asset, and social adaptation. Second, the results of factor analysis of functional capacity evaluation are presented in three factors named in function of thectiunk and theclegs, in function of lifting and right hand․arm, and in function of left hand․arm. Third, physical and psychological adaptation of disabilities were correlated with social adaptation, educational levels, and function of thectiunk and theclegs. And motivation and volunteering was correlated with environmental asset), educational level and educational levels were correlated with the function of lifting and right hand․arm and left hand․arm. As these results these are recommended that restructuring of self reported scales, using of functional capacity evaluation better, presenting implications to rehabilitation counseling in a clinical references.
