장애인복지관 직업재활 서비스 과정도 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 장애인복지관 직업재활 서비스를 향상시키기 위하여 직업재활 서비스 과정도를 개발하고, 그 과정도에 따른 각 서비스의 제공 과정과 종결을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 관련 문헌을 중심으로 하는 선행연구 검토, 장애인복지관 및 한국장애인고용공단 직업재활 서비스 과정에 관한 사례 분석, 경기도내 장애인복지관 직업재활전문가들의 협의회 개최, 선정된 전국의 장애인복지관 직업재활전문가를 대상으로 하는 설문조사 실시, 교수와 현장전문가 등 직업재활전문가들을 대상으로 하는 보고서 검토와 자문 등의 방법으로 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과로 이 연구에서는 직업재활 서비스를 접수, 직업재활상담, 직업평가, 적격성 결정, 직업재활계획수립, 직업(적응)훈련, 취업알선, 취업, 취업후 적응지도, 종결의 10개로 과정도를 제시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 장애인복지관에서 직업재활 서비스를 제공하는 팀과 전문가들에게 유용하게 활용될 것으로 예상된다. 이 연구에서 제시하는 직업재활 서비스 과정도를 각 장애인복지관 직업재활팀에서 활용함으로써 직업재활 서비스 제공과정에 대한 적절성을 높이고, 서비스의 제공 과정과 종결에 대한 이론적 실제적 토대를 공고히 할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 직업재활 서비스의 제공 과정과 종결에 대한 자료 분석을 통하여 직업재활 서비스의 효과성 및 효율성 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a system of vocational rehabilitation services, to sophisticate the concepts of each service, and to demonstrate the service provisions and processes, the contents and methods, and the service outcomes. For the purpose, the research team reviewed prior studies with regard to vocational rehabilitation services, analyzed the case management systems in community rehabilitation centers and Korea Employment Promotion Agency for the Disabled, and conducted a survey to vocational rehabilitation counselors. As a final point, the research team consulted rehabilitation professionals whether it’s right or wrong. With these results, the researchers presented the processes and concepts of ten vocational rehabilitation services such as initial interviews, vocational rehabilitation counseling, vocational assessment, eligibility determination, vocational rehabilitation planning, vocational training, job placement, employment, follow-up, and case closure. The results of this study would be useful to vocational rehabilitation professionals in community rehabilitation centers. Thus, the professionals could utilize the system and process of vocational rehabilitation, develop the service provisions and strengthen the theory for rehabilitation case management. Further, this study would contribute to improve the effectiveness and efficiency for vocational rehabilitation services because of sophisticated concepts of case terminations and service outcomes.
