국문 초록

우리사회에서 사회적 약자로 취급받는 사람들은 전통적으로 저학력, 외국인 근로자, 장애인 등으로 인식되어 왔다. 이 중에서도 가장 취약한 여성장애인 집단은 장애, 빈곤, 실업, 성, 저학력 등 다양한 문제를 복합적으로 안고 있다. 본 연구는 여성장애인의 결혼, 출산, 육아 등에 대한 생애 단면을 연구하기 보다는, 고용 구조에 있어 여성장애인에 대한 노동시장이 어떻게 형성되는지, 그리고 고용 유지와 직업 선호도는 어떤 상태인지를 조사하였다. 연구방법은 KOPED에서 2008년 실시한「장애인고용패널」과 「사업체 장애인고용실태」조사 결과를 가지고, 여성장애인의 고용유지와 직업선호도에 대하여 상기 조사에서 고용에 성공한 여성장애인 근로자 372명을 대상으로 고용유지 환경과 직업 선호도를 분석하였다. 조사결과 여성장애인 5명 중 1명이 노동시장에 고용되어 있었으며 저학력, 저임금, 임신·출산, 높은 기혼율이 고용유지에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 여성장애인 직업적 선호도는 정규근로 형태보다 단기시간제 고용 구조를 희망하였고, 특히 높은 기혼율로 인한 취업상담 및 재취업을 위한 직업훈련이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 여성장애인의 지속적 고용 유지를 위해서는 근로도우미 지원이 필요하며, 적합 근무시간은 하루 3∼4시간으로 나타났다. 선호 직종은 동료상담, 광고, 정보 수집, 전화교환, 여행상담, 콜센터 등과 같은 상담이나 교환업무를 선호하고 있어, 여성장애인 직업개발 연구에 지표가 되며, 근로형태는 위탁고용이나 보호고용 구조가 여성장애인 직업개발 및 고용유지 성공 가능성을 예언하고 있다.

영문 초록

Disabilities and migrant workers in our society, discrimination, low education, most are owners. Women with disabilities, poverty, disability, unemployment, low education due to many problems.
