국문 초록

본 연구는 직업재활시설의 ERP 사용실태분석을 통하여, ERP 도입 후 조직 특성요인(시설장의 리더 십, 조직전략, 조직문화, 조직구조, 조직환경)과, 조직 효과성요인(비재무적, 재무적)간의 상관관계를 분 석하여, ERP 활용방안을 제안하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 전국 장애인직 업재활시설 434개를 조사대상으로 선정하여, ERP를 사용하는 40개 시설을 최종분석 하였으며, 연구 결 과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업재활시설의 ERP 도입 후 조직 특성은 향상되었다. 특히 시설장의 신뢰성, 시설장의 관심도, 부서 간 협업, 직원들 간의 협조적인 분위기와 새로운 기술이나 관리방식에 대한 학 습, 직원들 간 상호커뮤니케이션이 향상되었다. 둘째, 직업재활시설의 ERP 도입 후 조직 효과성은 향상 되었다. 비재무적 효과성 중 실시간 정보관리에서 가장 큰 효과를 보았으며, 재무적 효과성 중 업무처 리의 시간적, 금전적 비용이 많이 감소하였다.

영문 초록

This thesis has the purpose of analyzing the mutual relation between organizational characteristic factors (leadership of the super intendant, organizational strategy, structure and environment) and organizational effectiveness factors (non-financial and financial) after the introduction of ERP systems and of suggesting action plans for ERP through the ERP actual usage analysis. Firstly, after the introduction of ERP in vocational rehabilitation facilities, organizational characters have improved. Especially the credibility of superintendent, superintendent’s level of attention, cooperation among departments, cooperative atmosphere among staffs, learning of new technology or style of management, and intercommunication between staffs have made progress. Secondly, after the introduction of ERP in vocational rehabilitation facilities, organizational effectiveness have advanced. The biggest improvement was shown in information control among non-financial effectiveness factors, and time and money expense of business handling have decreased vastly among financial effectiveness factors
