청각장애학생용 수어 기반 직업적성검사 표준화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 청각장애학생들의 문해 수준과 의사소통 방법에 적합한 수어 기반 직업적성검사를 개발하고 표준화하는데 목적이 있다. 커리어넷 직업적성검사를 바탕으로 문항을 수정하고 하위영역에 수어능력 측정 문항을 새로 추가하였다. 수정 문항에 대한 내용타당도를 검증한 후, 중·고등학교 청각장애학생 166명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하였다. 문장의 난이도가 적절한지 이해도를 분석하고. 문항의 신뢰도와 양호도를 알아보기 위한 문항-총점상관과 신뢰도계수를 구하고 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 타당도를 검증하였다. 수정된 지시문 및 문항을 수어로 번역 후 다시 한글로 역 번역하는 절차를 거쳐 원문장 의미와 일치정도를 검증하였다. 최종 확정된 수어로 동영상을 제작하여 검수 후 전국 소재 7개 농학교 학생 194명을 대상으로 본검사를 실시하여 문항 내적일치도, 탐색적 요인분석을 통한 구인타당도, 학업성적과의 상관을 통한 수렴타당도를 검증하였으며 검사 실시 후 느낌과 태도 관련 설문을 통해 교육적 타당도를 확인했다. 하위영역의 점수의 성별, 학교 급별 차이를 분석하여 규준을 작성하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 8개 하위 적성영역(신체·운동능력, 손재능, 음악능력, 언어능력, 수어능력, 수리논리력, 대인관계능력, 자연친화력)을 측정하는 35개 문항의 수어기반 청각장애학생용 직업적성검사가 개발·표준화되었다. 수어동영상 검사는 28분 32초 영상으로 제작되었다. 검사결과 해석에서 청각장애학생 집단 내 비교가 가능한 규준을 제작하고 적성검사 결과를 바탕으로 추천될 수 있는 해당직업들을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize a Vocational Aptitude Test for the Deaf Adolescents(VATDA) with a Korean Sign Language(KSL) Video by examining the difficulties of each item and analyzing the reliability and validity of scale. CareerNet Vocational Aptitude Test(CVAT)(Lim, 2011) is self-reported test. 10-item measure vocational aptitude of hearing adolescents. The pilot version of the VATDA is translated from its original material and new items related ‘KSL abilities’ for subtests are included. CVAT was translated using a three-steps back translation methode. In the first step, a deaf professional KSL instructor translated the scale items from written Korean into KSL onto a videotape. In the second steps, 2 certified interpreters, unfamiliar with the CVAT, translated the videotaped version back into written Korean. In the third step, we compared the original and back translated version for conceptual equivalence. After modification of ambiguous items were discussed and the scale was videotaped again until a consensus about the conceptual equivalence of test items was reached. 194 Deaf adolescents students completed the final Vocational Aptitude Test which was videotaped With KSL. Using the tests scores of participants in this study, researchers examined internal consistency, construct validity by exploratory factor analysis, convergence validity by correlations with school achievement, educational validity by feelings and attitudes after completing the test. The norms of the sub-scale were made because there were significant differences by gender and level of school. Using these procedures, researchers developed and standardized the Vocational Aptitude Test for the Deaf Adolescents(VATDA) with a Korean Sign Language Video. This test was constructed with 35 items which measures eighit sub-domain. The length of the final Vocational Aptitude Test which was videotaped was 28 minutes and thirty two seconds. The selectable jobs on basis of the result of the test was presented.
