중등기술교사 임용시험 생명기술영역 출제 경향 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 중등임용시험 표시과목 기술 시험에서 생명기술 영역의 문항을 분석하여 그 경향을 파악하는데 있다. 이 연구의 대상은 한국교육과정평가원에서 제공하고 있는 2002년부터 2019년까지의 중등학교 기술교사임용시험 1차 시험 문항이다. 분석의 타당성과 신뢰도 확보를 위해 문항의 분류와 문항 분석을 위한 기술교육 전문가 그룹을 구성하고 기술과 평가영역 및 평가내용요소를 분석의 기준으로 삼았다. 중등학교 기술교사임용시험 생명기술 영역의 출제 문항을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등학교 기술교사임용시험에서 생명기술 영역의 출제 문항은 전체 출제 문항 중 평균 7.69% 가량 출제되었다. 둘째, 생명기술 영역의 세부 평가요소별 분류한 결과 전체 20개 중 13개(65%) 평가 내용기준만 출제되었다. 출제 문항이 특정 평가 요소에 편중되어 출제되고 있다. 생명기술의 활용 분야는 전체 출제 문항의 98.20%를 차지하고 있다. 다시 말해서 생명기술의 기초 영역에 대한 출제는 매우 적은 것으로 나타났다. 생명기술의 활용 분야의 세부 항목을 보면 여러 평가 영역 중 농업분야에서의 활용(71.47%)이 가장 많이 출제되었다. 구체적으로, 재배사육의 기초, 식물 육종법 및 영양생식, 인공수정과 동물 복제, 세포융합, 조직배양기술 등이 빈번하게 출제되고 있다. 그 다음은 유전자 재조합기술(16.31%)이다. 셋째, 생명기술 영역의 평가 문항은 점점 다양한 평가영역과 세부 평가영역의 조합을 이룬 형태로 출제되고 있다. 역량 있고 전문성있는 기술교사를 선발하기 위한 평가 방법의 개선 및 균형 있는 평가 문항 출제와 관련된 후속 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze written test items for secondary school technology teachers’ selection examination and identify the trends. Major sources of this study were written test items issued and conducted by Korea Institute of Curriculum and Instruction from 2002 to 2019. To establish the reliability and validity for the analysis, this study had a group of technology education expert for reviewing the preliminary findings from the analysis process. The results of this study were as follows: First, the proportion of the biotechnology related items in the secondary school technology teachers’ selection examination had averagely 7.69% every year. Second, the finding of analyzing the items by specific evaluation contents indicated that ‘application of biotechnology’, 13 contents out of 20 evaluation contents were issued. In other words, for the category of the‘foundation of biotechnology’, all evaluation contents were insufficiently issued. For the specific analysis in the ‘application of biotechnology’ area, the agricultural application was frequently issued(71.47%). Within that category, plan breeding or vegetative propagation, artificial insemination and animal cloning, cell fusion, and tissue culturing were prominent evaluation topics. And the second frequent evaluation topic was the DNA recombinant technology(16.31%). Third, the evaluation items have a combination with other evaluation areas or contents. Further studies associated with the strategies of advancing the evaluation methods were needed for selecting competent and professional technology teachers regarding biotechnology area.
