기술 교과 역량 함양 수업의 실태와 요구 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 기술·가정 교육과정에 따른 교과 역량 함양 수업의 실태와 요구를 찾는 데 있었다. 본 연구를 위하여 전국의 중학교 기술·가정과 교사를 모집단으로 지역규모를 고려한 무선유층 표집을 실시하였다. 조사의 응답자는 총 422명이었다. 조사도구는 설문지였으며, 온라인 방법을 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술·가정과 교사는 교과 역량을 알고 있으며, 중요하다고 생각하고 있어 교과 역량 함양 수업과 평가를 위한 준비가 되어있다고 볼수 있다. 둘째, 기술·가정과 교사는 교과 역량 함양을 위한 수업을 적용하려고 노력하고 있으나 평가에서는 그렇지 못하였다. 이를 통해 기술 교과 역량 함양 여부에 대한 교사의 평가활동과 피드백을 위한 노력이 요구된다고 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 기술 교과 역량 함양을 위한 교사의 요구사항은 ‘수업과 평가를 위한 시간확보’와 ‘관련 자료의 지원’으로 나타났다. 이를 개선하기 위한 조치로서 기술과 수업시간의 확대와 활동을 위한 교수학습 자료의 개발과 보급이 필요하다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 기술·가정과 교사의 기술 교과 역량 함양을 위한 전문성 신장 방안이 구체적으로 모색될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out the status of the class and the requirements for the support for the enhancement of the subject competencies of Technology Education. The population of this study was the middle school technology ‧ home economics teacher of the whole country. The sampling method was proportional layer random sampling according to the size of the region. The total number of respondents was 422. Questionnaires were used for research. Data collection was made online. The contents of the questionnaire consisted of Perceptions about subject competence, actual condition of class and evaluation, problems and support requirements . The results of this study were as follows. First, technology‧home economics teachers were aware of the competencies of the technology education and thought it is important. Second, technology‧home economics teachers were trying to apply the lesson to improve the subject competencies, but the evaluation were not. Third, the teacher s requirements for enhancing the subject competencies of the technology education appeared as securing the time for teaching and evaluation and supporting the related data. Based on the results of the above research, it is necessary to find a way to expand the expertise of the technology‧home economics teachers to enhance the subject competencies of the technology education.
