국문 초록

본 논문은 그림책 표현치료의 새로운 방법론으로서 ‘점그림책 만들기’를 제안하고 이의 활용 가능성을 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하며 우선 첫째, 그림책치료의 개념과 특성을 살펴보고, 두 번째로 그림책 장르에 적합한 표현치료 방법으로서 점그림책을 만드는 과정과 절차를 소개할 것이다. 그리고 국내에서 시도된 점그림책 만들기 사례들을 통해 내담자의 심리상태의 진단 및 치유적 변화의 과정들을 분석해 볼 것이다. 점그림책은 먼저 점과 선, 면으로 장면의 이미지를 먼저 완성해 놓은 후에 그 이미지에서 떠오르는 이야기의 장면과 텍스트를 완성해 가는 형식이다. 비구조화된 그림자극을 통한 자유연상 그림책 구성법이기 때문에 완성된 점그림책 안에는 내담자의 무의식적 갈등과 충족되지 못한 욕구가 담겨지게 된다. 그렇기 때문에 내담자는 자신이 만든 점그림책을 통해 감정적 수용과 정서적 해소를 경험하고, 나아가 자신이 구성한 해결의 장면이나 결말을 통해 새로운 삶의 이야기로 나아가게 된다.

영문 초록

This paper aims to suggest dot-picturebook as a new expressive picturebook therapy and explore its various potentials. For this purpose, it was firstly described the concepts and the characteristics of dot-picturebook, secondly introduced the procedure of making dot-picturebook as a new method of picturebook therapy. Finally they were analyzed the psychological conditions and theraputic changes through the three dot-picturebook cases. As for the procedure of making a dot-picturebook, firstly the participants have made fifteen scenes with dots, lines, diagrams. Then the stories and the texts were completed each scene in turn according to the participant s free association. In general, completed dot-picturebook contains unconscious conflicts and insufficient needs of participant. As the result, the participants have found their own core emotions that unsolved in their life before and experienced catharsis through the story of dot-picturebook they made. Moreover the participants finally have gotten some important clues for theirs life story. In discussion, some implications about making dot-picturebooks were discussed with the respect to Homo Narrens as well as the relationship of circular causality between the participants and their new stories.
