사회 문화예술교육 수업의 기획 배경 탐색 - 기획 및 강사의 인식을 중심으로

국문 초록

문화예술교육에 대한 이론화 차원에서 그 일환으로 문화예술교육 수업 사례 분석 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 그런데 본 연구는 이러한 연구들이 대체로 학교교육 중심이라는 점과 수업 기획의 배경보다는 실제 수업 자체에 대한 분석에만 치우쳐져 있는 점에 문제의식을 가지고 출발하였다. 연구의 구체적인 목적은 기획 및 강사가 사회 문화예술교육 수업의 기획에 어떤 접근방식을 취하는지, 기획과정에서 가장 중요하게 고려하는 요인은 무엇인지 등을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 사회 문화예술교육에 있어서 기획 및 강사의 경력이 3년 이상 된 10명을 대상으로 면담과 그들 중 4명으로부터 확보한 수업계획서 등을 통해 연구를 수행했다. 연구결과, 첫째, 사회 문화예술교육 수업 기획에 대한 접근방식에 있어서는 ‘형식·비형식교육 참여보다는 무형식학습 기반 접근’, ‘이론에 대한 적용보다는 기존 문화예술 및 학교교육에 대한 문제의식으로 접근’, ‘문화예술교육의 성과를 향상시키는 차원에서의 장르 간 통합 접근’ 등의 주제들을 도출하였다. 둘째, 사회 문화예술교육 수업의 기획에서 중요하게 고려하는 요인에 있어서는 ‘문화예술교육의 목적, 그리고 이에 대한 기대’, ‘소속 문화예술교육 단체의 지향점과 성격’, ‘학습자에게 총망라된 영향을 주고 받는 곳으로서의 지역’ 등의 주제들을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

The case studies of arts and cultural education instructions have been performed as a way of theorizing arts and cultural education. This study started with a critical mind that these kind of studies was usually limited to school instruction and focused on the analysis of only instruction itself except for a planning background. The concrete purposes of this study were exploration: which approaches the planner and instructor had, and which factors they considered in the planning of arts and cultural education. This study has been performed by the means of in-depth interview with 10 the planner and instructor who have experienced planning more than 3years, and non-intervention data like instruction plan. Extracted subjects are as follows. First, which approaches did the planner and instructor have in the planning of arts and cultural education?: approach based non-formal learning rather than formal or in-formal education , approach as a critical mind about existing problems of school and arts education rather than the aplication of theory , approach to integrate among genres in order to improve the outcome of arts and cultural education . Second, which factors did the planner and instructor consider in the planning of arts and cultural education?: the purporse of arts and cultural education, and expectation to it , the directing point and character of affilated arts and cultural education organization , region as a place which gives and is taken comprehensive influence to learner . Through outcomes of this study, implications applied to the academia of arts and cultural education and to the field of it were suggested.
