문화적 관점에서 바라본 PTSD 예방을 위한 재난심리지원 프로그램에 대한 체계적 접근

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 외상 후 스트레스장애(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder: PTSD) 예방을 위한 국내 재난심리지원 개입 프로그램들에 대한 경향을 분석하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 1990년부터 2014년까지 외상 후 스트레스와 재난에 대한 심리지원 및 개입 프로그램을 주제로 연구된 총 35편의 논문으로, 선정된 논문은 발행 연도별, 연구 대상별, 재난 및 외상의 형태별, 개입 형태별, 출처별, 연구방법에 따라 분류되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로그램 논문의 발행 연도별 추세는 1998년 1편을 시작으로 2010년에는 5편으로 증가하였다. 둘째, 연구 대상별로 살펴본 결과 성별에서는 여성 대상이 많았고, 연령 구분은 성인, 아동 순으로 나타났으며, 개인 대상 연구가 집단 대상보다 많았다. 셋째, 재난 및 외상의 형태별로는 인적 재난이 가장 많았으며, 그 다음은 기타 외상으로 성관련 외상을 다룬 연구로 나타났다. 넷째, 개입 형태별로는 예술관련 치료가 가장 많았으며, 인지행동치료, 지속노출치료 순으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 연구방법은 사례 연구가 가장 많았고, 효과검증연구, 프로그램개발 관련 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 기초하여 연구결과의 의의 및 시사점이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the psycho-social programs for disasters and post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) and to provide the directions for developing the effective intervention model for disaster and PTSD in the future. The number of articles used in this analysis was 35 from 1990 to 2014 in Korean journals. They are categorized by the criteria of the chronological classification, the research objects, the type of disasters and trauma, intervention, journal name, and the research methodology. The followings are the results from the analysis. The first article related to the topic was published in 1998, and the articles related to the topic are generally increasing since 2010. Second, the topics are mainly subjected to include participants such as female, children, and adults, more focused individual intervention rather than that of group one. Third, a majority of articles are focused on human induced disaster and sexual trauma. Fourth, as for the type of intervention, therapeutic interventions based on art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and prolonged exposure therapy were mainly used. The results of this study are discussed.
