문화예술교육사 교육과정 중 현장실습 참여자의 체험연구 : 미술 분야를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 문화예술교육사 자격증 취득을 위해 2016년부터 시행된 ‘문화예술교육 현장의 이해와 실습’을 기반으로 문화예술교육사 교육과정에서 현장실습이 주는 의미와 관련 제반여건을 살펴보고 문화예술교육사 자격증의 정착제언에 목적을 두었다. 연구방법으로 1차적으로 2017년 1월에서 6월 중 현장실습에 참여한 미술전공자 35명의 만족도를 조사하였고, 2차 단계에서는 9인의 연구 참여자를 선정하여 심층면담을 통한 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 4회라는 현장실습 시간은 부족하였지만 이를 통해 혼돈스러운 현장 속에서도 자신을 발견하고 보다 확장된 관점으로 진로를 고민하고 설계하는데 계기가 되었음을 알 수 있었으며, 효과적인 현장실습 운영을 위해 실습생과 교육기관의 철저한 준비뿐 아니라 실습기관의 문화예술교육사에 대한 인식이 강력히 요구되었다. 따라서 문화예술교육사 현장실습 교육과정 운영 및 사후 적극적인 자격증 활용 체계화를 위해 첫째, 문화예술교육사에 대한 인식확대 방안을 마련하고, 둘째, 지역기반 자격증관리국 설치를 통하여 표준화된 실습운영 체계마련 및 문화예술교육사 양성기관과 실습기관의 네트워킹을 구축할 필요가 있으며, 셋째, 기관의 문화예술교육사 의무배치를 강화할 수 있는 법적 장치가 필요함을 확인 할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study drew the meanings of field placement in the curriculum, focusing on The Understanding And Practice of The Field Of Art And Culture Education’ implemented since 2016 for the acquisition of The Art And Culture Education Instructor Certificate and aimed to make a proposal for the realistic and effective settlement of various conditions for the significant field placement and the certificate. As research methods for this, first of all, this study analyzed the survey and the performance report of 35 persons who participated in the field placement from January through June 2017 and then selected 9 research participants to conduct qualitative research, using in-depth interviews. As a result, although the time of field placement consisting of four times was insufficient, it became opportunities to discover themselves in the confusing field and to be concerned with and design their career from a more extended point of view. However, primarily, the awareness about art and culture education instructors in the field of practice was strongly required, as well as the students thorough preparation. Thus, first, it is necessary to prepare a measure for the expansion of the awareness about art and culture education instructors. Second, it is necessary to install the region-based certificate management bureau, to manage the quality of the certificate, to produce and distribute the standardized operating manual on the trainees and practice institutions and to construct networking with training and practice institutions for the instructors. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the art and culture institutions’s compulsory placement of the instructors for the active utilization of the certificate.
