위기를 경험한 청소년의 보호받지 못한 경험에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 위기를 경험한 청소년의 보호받지 못한 경험을 심층적으로 이해하는 것이다. 위기를 경험한 청소년 9명을 대상으로 개별인터뷰를 진행하였다. 분석결과 8개의 핵심주제가 다음과 같이 제시되었다. “부모와 어른에게 버려지고 부유하며 지냄”, “오답인 줄 알면서 나름대로 살 방법을 찾음”, “도움 요청 자체가 힘들고 어렵게 요청해도 좌절됨”, “쉼이 되지 못하는 서비스”, “전문지식으로 옹호와 대변해주는 전문가가 필요함”, “믿어주는 부모와 어른을 만난 것이 복”, “뒤늦은 후회와 재기를 꿈꿈” 등이다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 위기 청소년의 조력 받을 권리와 관련 정책 및 제도를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to understand in-depth the unprotected experiences of adolescents at risk. Individual interviews were conducted with nine adolescents who have experienced crisis in their lives. A total of eight themes were extracted from their narratives: being abandoned by parents and adults and their lives being floating around , seeking ways to continue their lives even if they know they are not going in right directions , it is difficult to seek help, and frustrated even when sought , service that does not provide rest , in need of professionals who can speak and advocate for us , a blessing to have met parents and adults who believe in me , belated regret and dreaming to get back on my feet again . Based on these findings, we argue for these adolescents rights to be helped when in need, and provided policy implications.
