지역아동센터 아동의 자아성장과 또래관계에 대한 인간중심 미술치료사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 인간중심 집단미술치료 과정에서 나타난 지역아동센터 아동의 자아성장과 또래관계의 변화를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구 및 슈퍼비전을 통해 프로그램을 구성했으며, 경기도 P시 ◯◯지역아동센터 초등학교 3, 4학년 아동 6명을 대상으로 2018년 3월부터 8월까지 주 1회, 총 20회에 걸쳐 90분씩 집단미술치료를 실시했다. 회기별 치료일지, 작품, 아동별 개인면담, 원장 및 담당 사회복지사와의 면담, 연구자의 연구일지를 수집해 인간중심 집단미술치료 이완-탐색-변화-통합 단계에서의 변화양상 및 개인별 작품, 자아성장 및 또래관계의 변화양상을 하위요인에 따라 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 치료 단계에 따라 <타인보다 중요한 나, 감정이완을 통한 개인 성장에 몰입>,<긍정적 경험의 변화와 함께하려는 노력의 작은 한걸음>,<각기 다른 성장 속도, 용기 내어 내민 손>,<수면위로 떠오른 갈등, 함께 성장한 우리>의 의미를 찾았다. 개인적 자아성장은 목표결과 달성, 표현력, 자주성 요인 등이 아동성향에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 집단적 자아성장은 좋은 관계와 조화 요인, 또래관계는 집단의 긍정적 향상, 집단목표 달성요인이 큰 폭으로 변화했다. 본 연구는 인간중심 집단미술치료가 지역아동센터 아동들의 자아성장과 또래관계에 미치는 긍정적 변화과정을 밝힘으로써 아동의 건강한 성장을 돕기 위한 치료 및 교육 서비스 지원에 유용한 기초자료를 제공했다는 것에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The study aimed to identify the change aspect of self-growth & peer relation improvements through a person-centered group art therapy process for children in local children s center. The program was devised based on literature research and supervision and the subjects were six third & fourth-grade elementary school students in P city at a local children’s center. The program was carried out once a week for a total of 20sessions, 90minutes each, between March and August 2018. The analysis focused on changes in verbal and non-verbal behavior and artworks based on 20sessions individual interviews with all six children, interviews with the director and a social worker and the researcher s study journals. The results of analyzing; found the meaning of . Individual self-growth varied according to the child s tendency. The collective self-growth factors and peer relationship factors have changed greatly in harmony, positive improvement of group, achieving group goal. This study is meaningful because it provides useful basic data provide useful basic data related to treatment and educational service in order to promote healthy growth of children at a local children s center as revealed by the change process as revealed by the change process focused on improving self-growth and peer relations.
