국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 한국 가족치료연구에서 단일사례 연구의 경향 분석 및 성찰을 시도하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국가족치료학회의 학술지인『한국가족치료학회지』와『가족과가족치료』에 게재된 단일사례를 다룬 학술논문 77편을 대상으로 텍스톰 프로그램을 이용한 텍스트 마이닝(text mining)을 통해 빈도분석과 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하였고 문헌고찰을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 단일사례 연구논문이 발표되는 수치는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으나, 학회지에 게재되는 전체 논문 대비 단일사례 연구논문의 비율은 전반적으로 감소 추세에 있다. 둘째, 단일사례 연구논문의 내용에서 나타나는 키워드의 빈도는 1993년부터 2017년까지 5년으로 구획한 기간별로 다양하게 나타난다. 초기에는 뚜렷하게 주목되는 키워드가 나타나지 않다가 최근에는 ‘변화’, ‘내담자’, ‘연구’와 ‘경험’이 강조되고 있다. 셋째, 단일사례연구의 전반적인 연구 경향은 질적 연구 성격의 사례 연구가 지배적이다. 본 연구는 한국 가족치료연구 분야에서 단일사례 연구의 적절한 방향 정립과 활성화, 그리고 나아가서는 연구와 임상의 연계를 이루는 증거기반 실천의 풍토 정착에 기여하려는 탐색적 기초작업의 의의를 지니고 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of single-case studies within Korean family therapy research and to suggest implications for future research. Methods: For this purpose, we searched 77 articles applying single-case studies that had been published in 『the Journal of Korean Association of Family Therapy』 and 『Family and Family Therapy』 between 1993 and 2017. We conducted frequency analysis and keyword network analysis by using the technique of text mining in the Textom program and also performed literature review on the articles. Results: First, although the number of single-case study articles published in the journals is steadily increasing, the proportion of single-case study articles as compared to the total articles is on the whole declining. Second, the frequency of the keywords appearing in the contents of single-case studies varies from 1993 to 2017 by 5 years. In the early days, there were no obvious keywords to be noted. Recently, ‘change’, ‘client’, ‘research’ and ‘experience’ have been emphasized. Third, the overall research trend of single-case studies is dominated by case studies with qualitative research characteristics. Conclusions: This study has the significance of exploratory basic work to contribute to the establishment of proper direction and activation of single-case studies in the Korean family therapy research field, as well as to the further establishment of evidence–based practice linking research and clinical engagement.
