현직유아교사와 예비유아교사의 테크놀로지 교과교육학지식에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 현직유아교사와 예비유아교사의 테크놀로지 교과교육학지식 수준과 역량을 진단하고 적절한 미래적 대안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 예비유아교사와 유아교사 각각 233명, 281명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현직유아교사의‘테크놀로지 교과교육학지식’수준은 학력이 높을수록 차이를 보였으며, 교육경력에서는 부분적으로 의미있는 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의‘테크놀로지 교과교육학지식’수준은 현장실습경험, 학교의 유형, 학년에 따라 많은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 현직유아교사와 예비유아교사의 ‘테크놀로지 교과교육학지식’수준을 비교한 결과, 현직유아교사가 예비유아교사에 비해‘테크놀로지 교과교육학지식’전체에서 높은 수준을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 예비유아교사와 현직유아교사의 교사교육 현장에 주는 시사점을 중심으로 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to diagnose the technology knowledge level and capacity of inservice early childhood teachers and preservice early childhood teachers. For this purpose, this study conducted a survey with 233 preservice early childhood teachers and 281 inservice early childhood teachers, respectively. The results of the study are as follows. First, the inservice early childhood teachers’ ‘technology pedagogical and content knowledge’ level had a positive correlation with the level of education and had a partially significant correlation with education career. Second, it turned out that the preservice early childhood teachers’ ‘technology pedagogical and content knowledge’ level differed very much depending on field training experience, the type of school and grade. Third, as a result of a comparison of the technology pedagogical and content knowledge level of the inservice early childhood teachers and the preservice early childhood teachers, the former had a high level of the overall ‘technology pedagogical and content knowledge’ as compared to the latter. This study discussed suggestions for the field of teacher education of the preservice early childhood teachers and the inservice early childhood teachers based on this.
