중년기 성인의 자연치유요법인식과 건강증진행위의 관계에서 자연치유요법태도의 매개효과 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 중년기 성인의 자연치유요법인식과 건강증진행위의 관계에서 자연치유요법태도의 매개효과 파악하기 위함이다. 자료 수집기간은 2018년 9월 21일에서 10월 5일까지이며, 230명의 중년기 성인이다. 수집된 자료는 PASW 18.0과 AMOS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 대상자의 일반적 특성과 자연치유요법인식과 건강증진행위 및 자연치유요법태도 간의 상관관계, 변수들간의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 자연치유요법인식이 자연치유요법태도에 유의하였고(C.R=8.912, p<.001), 자연치유요법태도가 건강증진행위에 유의하였다(C.R=1.818, p<.010). 그러나 자연치유요법인식이 건강증진행위에는 유의하지 않은 결과를 나타내어(C.R=-0.535 p=.593) 자연치유요법태도의 완전 매개효과가 검증되었다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 자연치유요법의 개념분석과 자연치유요법의 인식과 태도를 향상시키는 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify the mediating effects of attitudes of the natural healing therapy between perceptions of the natural healing therapy and health promotion activities in meddle-aged adults. Method: Data were collected from 230 meddle-aged adults since September 21, 2018 till October 5. It was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlations and structural equation model (SEM) with PASW 18.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. Results: There was a positive relationships among all three variables, attitudes of the natural healing therapy, perceptions of the natural healing therapy and health promotion activities. There was a complete mediating effect of attitudes of the natural healing therapy between perceptions of the natural healing therapy and health promotion activities. Conclusion: It may be concluded that it will be necessary to analyze the concept of natural healing therapy and develop a program to improve the perception and attitude of natural healing therapy.
