자연치유 이혈요법이 중년 여성 자율신경계에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 자연치유 이혈요법이 중년여성의 자율신경에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 조사하고, 그 결과를 근거로 중년여성의 자율신경 조절에 대한 보건과 예방 건강 적 의미를 제공하고자 한다. 연구대상은 서울 강동구에 위치한 한 지역에서 살고 있는 중년여성 15명을 대상으로 하였다. 종속변수인 자율신경 변화는 자기보고식 평가도구 10문항 설문지를 사용하여 스트레스 자각 정도를 확인하였고, 맥파기를 통해서 스트레스 지수, 교감신경 활성도, 부교감신경 활성도 변화에 대하여 확인하였다. 독립변수인 자연치유 이혈요법에 대해서는 표준화된 이혈 첩압법을 사용하였으며 첩압 전 측정하고 첩압 후 2일 후에 사후측정을 하여 비교분석 하였다. 회수된 설문지와 맥파 사전 사후 측정 자료는 비모수 검정인 맨 휘트니 검정(Mann-Whitney U test)을 사용하였고 자료처리는 spss21 프로그램을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 자연치유 이혈요법이 스트레스를 낮추고, 교감신경과 부교감신경의 조절에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 자율신경 조절에 효과적인 것으로 나타났으며, 자연치유와 이혈요법에 대한 관심이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 결국 중년기 여성의 자율신경건강과 스트레스 조절을 위해서 이혈요법을 적용한 자연치유를 전문적이고 체계적인 지도하에 활용하는 것이 효과적임을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

This study examines how natural healing Ear therapy affects the autonomic nerves of middle-aged women and provides health and preventive health meaning for the self-regulation of middle-aged women based on the results. The study subjects were 15 middle-aged women living in a region located in Gangdong-gu, Seoul. In order to confirm the change of autonomic nerve corresponding to the dependent variable of the study, the questionnaire used the self-reporting evaluation tool 10 items to confirm the degree of stress awareness, and the pulse wave used to confirm the change of stress index, sympathetic activity, and parasympathetic activity. Measurement was before adhesion on the ear, and compared it by post-measurement two days after the adhesion. The recovered questionnaire and pulse pre-post measurements data used a Mann-Whitney U test, nonparametric testing, and the processing of data used the spss21 program. Studies have shown that natural healing Ear Therapy reduces stress, has a positive effect on the control of sympathetic nerves and parasympathetic nerves, and that interest about natural healing and Ear Therapy increases. Finally, it was confirmed that it was effective to use the natural treatment applied with Ear Therapy under professional and systematic guidance to control the autonomic nerve health and stress of middle-aged women.
