델파이 연구를 통한 유아교육기관 건물의 안전 점검 평가항목 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 현재 유치원 안전 점검 체크리스에 부재한 건물 안전 부분을 보완하기 위하여 유아교육기관 건물 안전을 위한 평가항목을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 토목 및 건축 전문가 5인, 유아교육학과 교수 5인, 유아교육기관 원장 5인을 패널로 구성하여 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 1차 델파이 조사에서 패널들은 유아교육기관의 안전에 관한 평가체계와 법령은 산재되어 있어서 안전관리가 어렵다는 판단을 하였다. 둘째, 2차 델파이 조사에서는 1차 델파이 설문조사를 근간으로 하여 설문 항목을 제작하고 적합성을 알아보았다. 건물 안전에 대한 평가는 총 6개 영역, 22개 항목으로 구성되었다. 셋째, 3차 델파이 조사에서 모든 항목의 CVR 값은 0.49보다 높았다. 이는 패널들이 모든 항목에서 높은 지지로 합의하였고 타당도가 높았음을 의미한다. 본 연구는 유아교육기관 건물의 안전을 사전에 확인하여 전문가 의뢰의 합리적인 근거 마련과 함께 자체적인 안전성 확보에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop evaluation items for the safety check of early childhood education buildings in order to address the problem that the building safety part is absent in the current kindergarten safety checklist. Five experts in civil engineering and architecture, five professors in early childhood education, and five presidents of early childhood education institutions organized a panel and participated in three sessions of a Delphi survey. The results of the study are as follows. In the first survey session, the panel determined that safety management was difficult because the evaluation system and regulations about the safety of early childhood education institutions were complicated. In the second session, questionnaire items were revised according to the results of the first session and their suitability was examined. The evaluation of building safety was composed of 6 areas and 22 items. In the third session, the CVR value of every item was higher than 0.49, which means that the panel reached an agreement with high support in all items and that the validity was high. This study is expected to provide reasonable evidence for requesting specialists for building safety management of early childhood education institutions and to help the institutions maintain their own safety.
