국문 초록

본 연구는 신세대 병사들의 종교성향이 군생활 적응과의 관계에서 자아존중감, 자기통제력, 스트레스대처의 매개효과분석을 통하여 초임병사들의 군생활 적응력을 향상시키는데 있다. 연구대상은 육·해·공군 부대에 근무하는 이병과 일병으로‘군사보안업무 훈령’과‘정훈문화 활동 규정’에 의하여 설문조사가 허락된 6개 부대에 대하여 2013년 8월 10일부터 9월 24일까지 1차 조사를 실시하고, 약3년이 경과된 시점인 2016년 11월 6일부터 9일까지 2차 설문조사를 실시하여 결과를 비교 분석 하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였고, 사용된 분석기법은 빈도와 백분율, 요인분석과 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계분석, t-test, 일원변량분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1차와 2차의 연구 결과는 대부분 유사한 결과를 나타내어 연구결과의 신뢰성이 확보 되었다. 둘째, 종교성향과 변인들과의 관계를 살펴본 결과 자아존중감은 내재적 종교성향과 유의한 관계가 있었고, 자기통제력, 스트레스 대처, 군생활 적응은 내재적 종교성향과 외재적 종교성향 모두에 유의한 관계가 있었다. 셋째, 내재적 종교성향과 군생활 적응과의 관계에서 자아존중감, 자기통제력, 스트레스 대처는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 국방의 의무를 위해 가족과 떨어져 위계적이고 통제된 군대조직에 조기 적응해야 하는 신세대 병사에게 종교적 성향(내재적, 외재적)은 군생활 적응에 많은 영향을 미친다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

The main purpose of this study is to draw a conclusion of welfare agreement that can improve the adaptability of the military life of first-time soldiers through research on influence of the religious orientation of soldiers of the new generation on their military adjustment. The targets of the study were private and private first class of Army of Navy and Air Force of six units that were allowed to be surveyed under the ‘Military security services directive’ and ‘Troop information and education activities regulation’. The first survey was conducted from August 10, 2013 to September 24, 2013, the second survey was carried out from November 6, 2016 to September 9, 2016 and the result was compared and analyzed. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program, and the analysis techniques used were frequency and percentage, factor analysis and reliability verification, correlation analysis, t-test, one-way variable analysis, and regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, most of the results of the first and second studies were similar and this secured the results of the study. Second, upon looking at the result of relationship between religious tendencies and variables, self-esteem was a significant relationship to intrinsic religious orientation, and self-control, stress response and adjustment to military life were significant to both intrinsic and extrinsic religious orientation. Third, self-esteem, self-control and stress response in relation to internal religious orientation and military Service adaptation have been shown to be mediated effect. These results suggest that religious tendencies (internal and external) have a significant impact on new generation of soldier who live away from his family and need to adapt to a hierarchical and controlled military organization for their duty.
