병사의 스트레스가 군 생활 적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 병사들의 스트레스가 군 생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하여, 두 변수 간 회복탄력성과 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 분석하여 군 생활 적응을 향상시키는 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 이루기 위해서 우리나라 육군, 해군의 병사 410명을 분석대상에 활용하였다. 본 연구의 주요 분석결과는 첫째, 병사의 스트레스는 군 생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 병사의 회복탄력성은 병사의 스트레스와 군 생활 적응 간의 관계에서 정적(+)인 영향을 미치며 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 병사의 사회적 지지는 병사의 스트레스와 군 생활 적응 간의 관계에서 정적 영향(+)을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 조절효과는 나타나지는 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 병사의 스트레스, 회복탄력성, 사회적 지지, 군 생활 적응의 변수들의 영향력을 파악하여 병사들의 군 생활 적응을 돕기 위한 실천적 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of soldiers stress on military life adaptation and to provide basic data to improve adjustment of military life by analyzing the moderating effects of resilience and social support. In order to accomplish this purpose, 410 soldiers of army and navy were used for analysis. The main results of this study are as follows: First, soldiers’ stress affected the adaptation to military life. Second, the resilience of soldiers showed a positive(+) effect and a moderate effect on the relationship between soldier s stress and military life adjustment. Third, the social support of soldiers showed a positive effect(+) in the relationship between soldiers’ stress and military life adjustment, but the adjustment effect did not appear. Based on the results of this study, the influence of soldiers stress, resilience, social support, and adaptation of military life were analyzed and practical suggestions were made to help soldiers adapt to military life
