대학생의 창의성과 창의적 리더십 향상에 미치는 창의수업 효과에 대한 강의 유형별 비교

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 대학생의 창의성과 창의적 리더십 향상에 미치는 창의수업의 효과에 온라인과 오프라인으로 진행되는 강의유형이 차별적으로 작용하는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 이에 따라 562명의 대학생을 대상으로 온라인과 오프라인 창의강좌를 개설하여 15주차의 수업을 진행하였으며 수업 전, 후에 통합창의성검사(K-ICT)와 창의적 리더십 검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 첫째, 대학생의 창의성 향상 정도의 비교에서, 온라인 강의유형의 효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 하위요인인 창의적 능력에서는 오프라인 집단의 향상 정도가 더 컸으나 집단 간 차이가 유의하지 않았고(p>.05) 창의적 성향에서 온라인 강의유형의 효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 둘째, 대학생의 창의적 리더십 향상에 있어서 온라인 강의유형의 효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 특히 이 연구에서는 최근 대학생의 창의역량 향상에 대한 관심이 높아지지만, 오프라인 수업으로만 진행될 수 없는 다양한 상황에 있으므로 창의수업의 효과를 강의유형(온라인, 오프라인) 별로 비교하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 오프라인 수업이상으로 온라인 수업의 효과가 있음이 밝혀졌으므로 대학생들의 창의성과 창의적 리더십을 향상시키기 위한 창의수업에 대한 대안을 제안했다는데 의의가 있다고 보겠다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to look into how types of courses, online and offline education, applies differently in the effectiveness of enhancement in the creativity and creative leadership of university students. A total of 562 university students were selected and took lessons of 15 weeks. Those were used for pre and post test of K-ICT and creative leadership tests. The results were as follows. First, comparing the degree of enhancement in creativity for university students displayed that the group took the online lecture experienced compared to the group that took the offline lectures(p<.01). The results of ANCOVA, though creative ability did not show any statically significant mean but creative tendency displayed statically significant mean that the group which took the online lecture(p<.05). Second, comparing the degree of enhancement in creative leadership for university students displayed that the group which took the online lectures went through more changes compared to the group which took the offline lectures(p<.01). The significance of this study can be found that it has compared two lecture type and displayed effectiveness of online lecture so it will be such a strategy of teaching for enhancement of creativity and creative leadership of university students.
