베트남전 고엽제 환자의 사건 충격과 외상 후 진단이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 고엽제 환자의 삶의 질 개선을 위해 고엽제 환자의 사건충격, 외상 후 진단, 삶의 질 정도를 파악하고 대상자들이 느끼는 사건충격, 외상후 진단이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 자료 수집을 위해 2017년 6월부터 2017년 7월까지 베트남 참전 고엽제 환자 183명의 일반적 특성을 비롯한 삶의 질, 분노표현, 자살생각을 조사하여 SPSS 23.0 Statistics Program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 사건충격척도, 외상 후 진단척도, 삶의 질과의 상관관계를 분석해 보면 사건충격척도는 외상 후 진단척도(r=697, p<.001)와 정 상관관계를 보였으며, 삶의 질(r=-296, p<.001)과 역 상관관계를 보였으며, 외상후 진단척도는 삶의 질(r=-252, p<.001)과 역 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구 결과 베트남 참전 고엽제 환자들에 대한 삶의 질 향상을 위해 소득보장 정책 마련과 고엽제 환자의 특성을 고려한 보훈병원 정신 건강증진센터 확대와 정신건강의학과 전문의, 상담심리사, 심리치료사, 미술치료사 등 전문인력 확대가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The study has performed for the promotion of Quality of Life of Agent Orange Patients of Vietnam. The purpose of this study is to investigate the degrees of Combact Accident, Post Traumatic Diagnosis, and Quality of Life and The Effect of Combact Accident Shock with Post Traumatic Diagnosis on Quality of Life of Agent Orange Patients of Vietnam. The data of general characteristics as well as life quality, anger expression and suicidal ideation of 183 Agent Orange Patients of Vietnam were collected from June 2017 to July 2017, and the collected data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 Statistics Program. The result showed that Accident Shock was positively correlated with Post Traumatic Diagnosis(r=697,p<.001) and was inversely correlated with Quality of Life(r=-296,p<.001), and Post Traumatic Diagnosis was inversely correlated with (r=-252, p<.001) Life quality. In order to promote of Quality of Life about Agent Orange Patients of Vietnam , it is necessary to improve of income policy and to expand mental health center of veterans hospital. The promotion of Quality of Life requires the supports from a psychiatric professional doctors, counselling, mental therapeutic and art therapeutic specialist personnel considering the characteristics of Agent Orange Diseases.
