기혼여성의 비합리적 신념 측정을 위한 척도 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 기혼여성들이 가지고 있는 비합리적 신념을 측정하기 위한 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는데 그 목적이 있다. 궁극적으로는, 비합리적 신념 척도를 통하여 기혼여성들의 우울을 예측하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 선행연구 분석을 통해 5요인 -인정욕구, 자기비하, 편안함 욕구, 성취욕구, 공정성 요구- 으로 이루어진 개념모형을 확립하였다. 그것을 토대로 28개로 된 문항을 개발하였으며, 그 후 문항의 타당성을 확인하기 위하여, 전라북도에 거주하는 30세 이상 65세 미만의 기혼여성을 대상으로 예비조사와 본조사를 실시하였다. 개발된 문항에 대하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하고 분석한 결과, 본 연구가 개발한 5요인 구조 -인정욕구 등- 로 이루어진 28개 문항이 기혼여성의 비합리적 신념을 측정하는데 타당함을 확인하였다. 이밖에도 본 연구에서 개발한 비합리적 신념 척도와 우울증 척도(한국판 CES-D)간에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것을 확인하여, 본 연구가 개발한 척도의 준거타당도를 입증하였다. 본 연구가 개발한 문항(척도)은 기혼여성들의 특성을 반영하였으며 실제 상담현장에서 쉽게 사용할 수 있다는 장점을 가진다. 본 연구의 문항은 종래의 문항들과 비교하여 볼 때 특히 문장의 간결성과 문항의 비중복성으로 특징지어진다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a scale that can detect irrational beliefs of married women in Korea. For this purpose, scale items were developed based on conceptual and measurement model derived from the analysis of related literature. A preliminary surveys and a main survey were conducted with married women from 30 years old to 65 years old, who were residing in Jeollabuk-do. As a result of the reliability analysis and validity analysis, this study confirmed that an irrational belief scale for married women can be composed of five factors -need for approval, self-downing, need for comfort, need for achievement, demands for fairness- and can be made of 28 scales items. In addition, as a result of criterion validity analysis on the depression scale (Korean Ver. CES-D), this study found that there is a close relationship between irrational beliefs and depression. Irrational beliefs can cause depression. Based on this results, it is expected that married women s depression can be predicted, using an easy and concise scale developed by this researcher. In the actual counseling field, my scale will be helpfully used if you follow Ellis’s Rational, Emotive, Behaviour Therapy. My scale has special merit of concise sentence and non-overlapping of questions.
