인지행동 프로그램이 지역사회 조현병 회원의 심리사회적 기능에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 조현병 회원이 가진 비합리적 사고를 합리적 사고로 전환시킴으로써 심리사회적 기능 즉 자기효능감, 대인관계, 행복감 향상에 목적을 둔 인지행동 프로그램이 지역사회에 거주하는 조현병 회원의 심리사회적 기능에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 DSM-5 기준에 따라 조현병으로 진단받은 회원으로서 정신건강복지센터에서 주간재활 프로그램에 참여 중인 26명이다. 이들은 각각 실험집단 13명, 비교집단 13명으로 무선배정 되었다. 실험집단은 주간재활 프로그램과 더불어 인지행동 프로그램에 추가적으로 참여하였고, 비교집단은 주간재활 프로그램만 참여하였다. 인지행동 프로그램 실험기간은 2017년 5월 8일부터 동년 6월 7일까지이고, 주 3회기 50분씩 진행되었으며 프로그램 시작 전 후에 사전검사와 사후검사가 실시되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) v.19.0 사회통계분석 프로그램을 사용하여 분석되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인지행동 프로그램은 지역사회 조현병 회원의 자기효능감을 증진시켰다. 둘째, 인지행동 프로그램은 지역사회 조현병 회원의 대인관계를 증진시켰다. 셋째, 인지행동 프로그램은 지역사회 조현병 회원의 행복감 증진에는 효과가 없었다. 따라서 인지행동 프로그램이 지역사회 조현병 회원의 심리사회적 기능 향상에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 그러므로 향후 지속적인 연구를 통해 지역사회 기관에서 적극 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the psychosocial function of self-efficacy, interpersonal relationship, and happiness by transforming the irrational thoughts of schizophrenia member s into rational thoughts. The study subjects were 26 patients who were diagnosed as chorus disease according to the DSM-5 standard and participated in the rehabilitation program at the mental health welfare center. They were randomizationed to 13 experimental groups and 13 comparison groups, respectively. The experimental group participated in the cognitive-behavioral program in addition to the rehabilitation program, and the comparison group participated only in the rehabilitation program. The experimental period of the cognitive-behavioral program was from May 8, 2017 to June 7 of the same year. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) v.19.0 Social Statistical Analysis Program. The results of the study are as follows. First, the cognitive-behavioral program promoted self-efficacy of schizophrenia s. Second, the cognitive-behavioral program promoted the interpersonal relationship of schizophrenia s. Third, the cognitive-behavioral program was not effective in enhancing the happiness of schizophrenia s. Therefore, we think that the cognitive-behavioral program can be fully utilized to improve the psychosocial function of schizophrenia s. Therefore, it is expected that it will be continuously studied and utilized in community organizations.
