국문 초록

본 연구는 교사의 셀프 리더십, 교사의 조직시민행동 및 교사 직무만족과의 관계를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 서울특별시, 인천광역시 소재 초등교사 237명을 대상으로 하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 교사의 셀프리더십과 교사의 조직시민행동 및 교사 직무만족 간의 Pearson의 상관계수를통해 변인 간의 상관관계를 살펴보았고, 중다회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 통해 교사의 셀프리더십이 교사의 조직시민행동과 교사 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았으며, 공분산 구조방정식 분석 방법을 통해 변수간의 가설적 경로모형의 적합도와 인과 관계를 살펴보았다. 모든 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교사의 셀프리더십과 교사의 조직시민행동 및 교사 직무만족 간에는 통계적으로 유의미한 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중다회귀분석의 결과는 교사의 셀프리더십은 교사의 조직시민행동(R²=.406) 및 교사 직무만족(R²=.399)에 모두 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가설적 경로모형의 적합도는 양호한 편이었다. 넷째, 교사의 셀프 리더십은 교사 직무만족에 직접적인 영향을 끼치고 있으며, 교사의 조직시민행동을 통한 간접적인 영향도 끼치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to figure out the relationship among Teacher s Self-Leadership, Teacher s Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Teacher’s Job Satisfaction. This study is based on the survey 237 elementary school teachers, who have been working in Seoul and Incheon. First, the correlations among three variables were measured by Pearson s correlation coefficien. Second, the influence of Teacher’s Self-Leadership on the other variables was examined by the multiple regression. Finally, goodness of fit of research model and the casual relationship among the three variables were explored by structural equation modeling analysis. All the analyses were processed by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The result of this study were as in the following. First, there were significant correlations among the three variables. Second, the multiple regression analysis, reported that Teacher’s Self-Leadership provides effects on both Teacher s Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Teacher’s Job Satisfaction. Third, fit of the research model used in this study was confirmed as good. Fourth, Teacher’s Self-Leadership affected directly Teacher’s Job Satisfaction and had an indirect influence on Teacher’s Job Satisfaction through Teacher s Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
