청소년활동 경험이 대인관계에 미치는 영향: 자아탄력성과 공동체의식의 다중매개 효과검증 - 중학교 1학년을 대상으로 -

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년활동 경험이 대인관계 능력에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 청소년활동 경험이 자아 탄력성 그리고 동시에 공동체 의식을 통해서 대인관계 능력에 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국아동청소년패널조사 2013(Korea Children Youth Panel Survey: KCYPS)의 중학교 1학년 패 널 4차년도 청소년활동 경험에 응답한 2,351명의 자료를 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 청소년활동은 대인관계에 직접적인 영향이 아니며 자아탄력성, 공동체의식을 통해 간접 적으로 청소년 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 청소년활동이 커질수록 자아탄력성 과 공동체의식은 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 자아탄력성과 공동체의식에서 대인관계에 이르는 경 로도 정적인 영향관계를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 청소년활동 자체가 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 것 이 아니라 자아탄력성과 공동체의식을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인한 것이다. 이러 한 연구결과를 토대로 보다 효과적인 청소년 활동을 실시하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study verified the impact of youth activity experience on interpersonal skills, and how youth activity experience affect ego-resilience and simultaneously their interpersonal skills through the sense of community. For the purpose, this study analyzed data for 2,351 youths who have responding in youth activity in the first year for the fourth panel of the youth panel survey for Korean children and youths as a model of Structural Equation. The results showed that youth activities impact on youth interpersonal skills indirectly through their ego-resilience and sense of community. In addition, the larger youth activities showed the increasing ego-resilience and sense of community, and the path leading to interpersonal relationships in ego-resilience and sense of community showed a static effect. These results confirmed that the youth activities themselves do not affect their interpersonal skills but through ego-resilience and sense of community they do indirectly. This study suggested methods for performing further effective youth activity on these results of research.
