교류분석 집단프로그램이 학교부적응 중학생의 자기효능감과 회복탄력성에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 학교부적응 중학생들을 대상으로 교류분석 집단프로그램이 이들의 자기효능감과 회복탄 력성에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 학교부적응 중학교 1학년생으로 실 험집단 9명과 통제집단 9명으로 각각 구성하였으며, 실험집단은 총 10회의 교류분석 집단프로그램을 실시하였고 통제집단에게는 아무런 조치도 취하지 않았다. 각 회기 당 프로그램은 60분으로 진행하 였으며, 효과성을 검증하기 위한 도구는 자기효능감과 회복탄력성 척도를 사용하였다. 그리고 프로그 램 효과의 지속성을 검증하기 위하여 프로그램 종료 8주 후 추후검사를 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효 과성을 검증하기 위하여 사전점수를 공변인으로 한 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교류분석 집단프로그램이 학교부적응 중학생의 자기효능감의 모든 하위요인을 포함한 전체 자기효능감이 유의미하게 향상되었음을 알 수 있었으며, 추후검사를 통해 그 효과의 지속성을 검증할 수 있었다. 둘째, 교류분석 집단프로그램이 학교부적응 중학생의 회복탄 력성의 모든 하위요인을 포함한 전체 회복탄력성이 유의미하게 향상되었음을 알 수 있었으며, 추후 검사를 통해 그 효과의 지속성을 검증할 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 학교부적응 중학생의 학교적응력 향상을 위한 사회복지실천적인 함의를 도출하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to find out the effectiveness of the transactional analysis group program for school maladjusted adolescents on self-efficacy and recovery resilience. The targets of this research are the school maladjusted first-year middle school students who are composed of 9 students in the experiment group and 9 students in the control group. The transactional analysis group program was conducted on the experiment group for 10 times. The control group has not been touched with the program. The program was introduced to the experiment group for 60 minutes per session. I employed the index of self-efficacy and recovery resilience as a tool to verify the effectiveness of the program. To verify the effect persistency of the program, further inspection has been done 8 weeks after the program finished. I performed an Analysis of Covariate which has previous scores as a covariate variable to verify the effectiveness of the program. The results of this research are as follows. First, the transactional analysis group program has had meaningful effects on the total self-efficacy of school maladjusted middle school students which includes all sub-factors. The effect persistency of the program was verified by further inspection. Second, the transactional analysis group program has had meaningful effects on the total recovery resilience of school maladjusted middle school students which includes all sub-factors. The effect persistency of the program was verified by further inspection. Based on this research, the practical meaning of social welfare to improve school adaptation of school maladjusted middle school students has been derived.
