The purpose of this study was to investigate thoughts, values and selection criterion of high-class Japanese parents focusing on schooling and future image of their child. This research study had developed by semi-structured interview with three high-class parents who had inherited large amount of wealth or settled company. Transcriptions and field notes of the interviews were analyzed based on habitus theory of Pierre Bourdieu. The results showed that Japanese high-class parents who are heirs of great wealth seemed to lean on children's future job and evaluate the value of schooling when they select their children' school, with ethos of pressure-free and distance-sense which are peculiar habitus of Bourgeoisie. In other words, they seemed to select their children' school suitable for their social position and give more space when the children select their job from practical value or social success. And they appeared to have their identity and pride which they had not only a property but also aesthetic faculties. As conclusion, through inner-entrance system school, reproduction of educational background (cultural capital) was possible, and reproduction of wealth (economic capital) was enabled through inheritance for Japanese high-class.
