미술치료의 치료적 요인별 효과적인 미술매체에 관한 질적 연구: 전문가 인터뷰를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 미술치료에서 내담자에게 긍정적 영향을 미치는 치료적 요인별 효과적인 미술매체를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구문제를 수행하기 위해 먼저 이론적 고찰을 통한 미술치료의 치료적 요인을 분석하여, 10개의 치료 적 요인인 친밀감, 자기이해, 자기표현, 의사소통, 카타르시스, 용이성, 창조성, 이완/퇴행, 통합, 상징화를 선정 하였다. 또한, 평면건식매체, 평면습식매체, 입체건식매체, 입체습식매체, 종이매체, 비정형매체로 미술매체를 분 류하였다. 선정된 치료적 요인별 미술치료 매체의 활용 정도와 적합한 미술매체를 살펴보기 위해 미술치료전문 가 10명에게 미술치료의 치료적 요인과 이에 적합한 미술매체에 관한 면담을 통해 합의적 질적 분석을 하였다. 그 결과 퇴행을 촉진하는 습식 매체들은 카타르시스와 이완/퇴행 요인에 적합하다고 나타났다. 지각과 사고에 연계되어 있는 자기이해, 의사소통, 통합 등의 인지적 영역에 포함되는 요인들은 평면건식매체 등이 연관성이 있었다. 카타르시스, 친밀감, 이완/퇴행 등의 정서적 자극을 포함한 요인에는 평면, 입체습식매체가 주로 활용 되고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify find effective art materials for each therapeutic factor having a positive influence on clients in art therapy. For this aim of this study, 10 therapeutic factors were chosen, including such as intimacy, self-awareness, self-expression, communication, catharsis, availability, creativity, relaxation/regression, integration and symbolization by analyzing Therapeutic Factors in art therapy through theoretical consideration. In addition, classifying art materials were classified as flat dried materials, flat wet materials, solid dried materials, solid wet materials, paper materials and atypical materials. To determine what art therapy experts considered find out usage and appropriateproper art materials for each selected therapeutic factor and how they used those materials in therapeutic treatments, the researcher conducted interviews of consensual quality analysis was carried out for 10 art therapy experts through interview about therapeutic factors in art therapy and proper materials for that. In the result wet materials promoting regression are appeared to proper for relaxation/regression factors. The results suggest that factors included in the cognitive domain connected to perception and consideration, such as self-awareness and, communication, are related to flat dried materials, and solid wet materials are mainly used for factors included emotional stimulus, such as catharsis, intimacy, and relaxation/regression.
