재혼가정 내 불안정애착 유아와 모의 미술치료사례

국문 초록

본 연구는 이혼과 재혼을 반복하는 과정에서 불안정애착으로 인해 문제행동을 보이는 유아와 역기능적 양육 태도를 보이는 모를 대상으로 미술치료를 실시하고 그 효과성을 파악한 것이다. 연구 대상은 재혼가정의 6세 여아와 어머니로 개별 또는 모-유아를 함께 하는 형태로 28회기의 미술치료를 실시하였다. 분석방법으로는 질 적분석 방법으로 Miles와 Huberman의 매트릭스와 네트워크를 활용하여 모-자녀의 불안정애착 증상의 유발요 인, 치료적 요인, 치료효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아와 모의 불안정 애착 유발요인으로는 모의 ‘심리적 불안’, ‘유아의 충족되지 않은 욕구’, ‘재혼이라는 가족형태’로 나타났 다. 둘째, 치료적 요인으로는 ‘치료자 요인’, ‘미술치료 및 매체개입요인’으로 2개의 상위범주로 나타났다. 셋째, 불안정애착 유아와 모의 미술치료효과에서는 ‘모가 심리적으로 안정됨’, ‘엄마역할의 중요함을 깨달음’, ‘유아의 행동변화가 야기됨’, ‘엄마는 나를 사랑한다고 확신함’, ‘치료자도 내담자를 통해 깨달음’의 5개 상위범주로 나타 났다.

영문 초록

This study explored the intervention method and effects of art therapy on a child showing unstable attachment as her mother went through her marriage and divorce and had a dysfunctional attitude towards child rearing. The participants of this study were a six year-old girl and her mother who had remarried. They participated in 28 art therapy sessions. The therapy consisted of individual art therapy and art therapy with both the mother and child together. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's matrix and network, a qualitative research method to investigate the unstable attachment between the mother and child, the symptoms and factors causing the symptoms, therapeutic factors, and therapy effects. The study found the following. First, the factors that caused unstable attachment between the mother and child were 'the mother's psychological uneasiness,' 'the child's unsatisfied desire, and 'a family from a second marriage.' Second, therapeutic factors were the two upper categories, 'therapist factor', and 'art therapy and medium intervention factor.' Third, the effects of art therapy were the five upper categories such as 'the mother being emotionally stable,' 'realizing the importance of mother's role,' 'causing a behavioral change in a child,' 'being sure that mother loves me,' and 'the therapist's learning through the client.'
