집단미술치료 프로그램이 장애자녀 어머니의 불안과 우울에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애자녀 어머니를 대상으로 집단미술치료 프로그램을 구성하여 장애자녀 어머니의 불안과 우울 감소에 효과가 있는지를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 충청남도 N시와 B군에 거주하며 자녀가 장애진 단을 받고, 장애아동발달재활서비스 기관을 이용하고 있는 초, 중등과정에 재학 중인 장애자녀 어머니이다. 연 구대상 선정기준에 따라 실험집단, 통제집단 총 48명을 선정하였고, 실험집단 24명을 각각 8명씩 3집단으로 구 성하여, 본 연구자가 개발한 집단미술치료 프로그램을 주 2회기로 회기 당 120분씩 총 12회기를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 효과를 알아보기 위해 불안척도(BAI)와 우울척도(BDI), 나무그림 검사의 변화를 측정하였으며, 연구결과 는 첫째, 집단미술치료 프로그램이 장애자녀 어머니의 불안 감소에 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 집단미술치료 프로그 램이 장애자녀 어머니의 우울 감소에 효과가 있었다. 따라서 본 연구 집단미술치료 프로그램이 장애자녀 어머 니와 관련된 임상현장에서 활용할 수 있는 효과적인 접근법임이 확인되었고, 장애자녀 어머니상담 및 심리치료 현장에서의 실제적 활용가능성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study intends to organize a group art therapy program for mothers of children with disability to verify the decreasing effect on anxiety and depression of mothers. The research subject consisted of mothers of children with disability in elementary and middle school residing in N-si and B-gun in Chungchungnam-do who were diagnosed with disability and using developmental rehabilitation institution of disability children. Total 48 subjects were selected for the control group and 24 selected experiment group subjects were divided into 3 groups with 8 subjects each, and conducted total 12 sessions of the group art therapy program developed by the researcher twice a week for 120 minutes per session. Changes in anxiety scale(BAI), depression scale(BDI), and tree drawing test were measured to investigate the effect of the research, and according to the research result, the group art therapy program had effect in decreasing anxiety of mothers of children with disability. Secondly, the group art therapy program decreased depression of mothers of children with disability. Therefore, it was identified that the group art therapy program of this study is the effective approach to be used in clinical setting related with mothers of children with disability, and suggests practical applicability in counseling and psychological therapy for mothers of children with disability.
