교류분석(TA)이론을 기초한 어머니집단미술치료가 양육태도와 자녀의 문제행동에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교류분석(TA)이론을 기초한 어머니집단미술치료가 양육태도와 자녀의 문제행동 변화에 효 과가 있는가를 알아보는데 있다. 연구 대상은 U시에 있는 A유치원에 다니는 만 5~6세 아동의 어머니를 대상으 로 먼저 아동․청소년 문제행동척도(K-CBCL)을 실시하여 내재화․외현화 문제 영역에서 60T이상인 아동 20명 을 선별하였다. 이들 아동의 어머니들을 대상으로 프로그램 참여를 희망하는 어머니 10명 중 실험집단 5명, 통 제집단 5명으로 구성하였다. 프로그램 실시는 2012년 2월12일~3월21일까지 매주 2회, 60분~120분으로 총 12회 기로 진행되었다. 검사도구는 양육태도검사(MBRI)와 아동․청소년 문제행동평가(K-CBCL)척도를 사용하였으며, 프로그램 실시 전․후에 사전․사후 검사를 실시하였고, 프로그램 종료 4주 후에 추후검사를 실시하여 평균과 표준편차를 비교분석하였다. 자료 분석은 비모수 검증(nonparametric test)방법을 사용하였으며 집단 간 동질성 검증은 맨 휘트니 U검증(Man Whiney U test)을, 프로그램의 효과 검증은 윌콕슨 부호순위 검정(Wilcoxon’s signed ranks test)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 교류분석(TA)이론을 기초한 집단미술치료가 모의 양육태도 변화에 효과가 있었으며, 자녀의 문제행동에도 효과가 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 모의 양육태도 변화 가 자녀의 문제행동 변화를 초래하는데 교류분석(TA)이론을 기초한 집단미술치료룰 시도한 것에 연구의 의의 가 있다.

영문 초록

This study investigated if TA-based group art therapy could help mothers to change their parenting attitude and their children's problematic behavior. Children aged 5 to 6 attending a kindergarten in city U were administered K-CBCL, a child-adolescent problematic behavior scale. The mothers of 20 children whose scores were above 60T in the domains of internalization and externalization on the scale were asked to be the participants for the study. Among them, 10 mothers agreed to participate in the study. They were divided into the control group of 5 and the experimental group of 5. The therapy program ran 12 sessions from February 12th, 2012 to March 21st, 2012, twice a week, each session 60 to 120 minutes long. The instruments for the study included MBRI, a parenting attitude scale and K-CBCL, a child-adolescent problematic behavior scale. A pretest and posttest were given before and after the program. A follow-up evaluation was also given 4 weeks after the program to compare the means and standard deviations. Data were analyzed using a nonparametric test. Mann Whitney U test was performed to check the homogeneity between the groups. To check the effect of this program, Wilcoxon's signed ranks test was used to analyze. It was found that TA-based group art therapy was effective in changing the mothers' parenting attitude and also the children's problematic behavior. The significance of this study is that TA-based group art therapy is tried to change mothers' parenting attitude. And that it can cause some changes of their children's problematic behavior.
