교류분석을 활용한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 청소년기 부모-자녀관계에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 교류분석을 활용한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 청소년기 부모-자녀관계에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 I시에 거주하는 청소년기 자녀를 둔 어머니 20명을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단 을 각 10명으로 구성하여, 실험집단을 대상으로 부모-자녀관계 향상을 위한 프로그램을 2011년 3월에서 4월까 지 주 1-2회, 1회기 당 120분으로 총 11회기를 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 집단(실험집단, 통 제집단)과 검사 시기(사전․사후․추후검사)에 따른 반복측정 변량분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 상호작용 효과가 나타난 경우에 단순주효과를 검증하고 아울러 집단과 검사 시기별 효과를 비교하기 위해 Duncan 다중비교를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 교류분석을 활용한 집단미술치료 프로그램은 부모자녀관계 개선에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 청소년기 부모자녀관계 증진을 위한 프로그램으로 교류분석을 활용한 집단미술치 료의 적용가능성을 탐색한 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the effects of group art therapy utilizing a transactional analysis on the relationship between parents and adolescent children. The study participants were 20 mothers who had adolescent children living in a city. 10 were designated as an experimental group and the other 10 as a control group. The experimental group received a 11 session program designed to improve the relationship between the mothers and their adolescent children from March through April, 2011, once or twice a week, each session two hours long. Data were analyzed using Repeated measures ANOVA with groups (experimental and control) and test points (before, after, and follow-up) as variables. When there were interactions, simple main effects were analyzed. Duncan's multiple range test was used to compare the effects between groups and test periods. The study found that the group art therapy program utilizing a transactional analysis was effective in improving the relationship between parents and adolescent children. This study is significant in that it explored the possibility of using group art therapy utilizing a transactional analysis in improving the relationship between parents and adolescent children
