미술치료에 활용된 종이매체의 기법과 효과에 관한 조사연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내에서 발표된 미술치료의 종이매체 관련 연구 논문을 발췌하여 종이매체 표현기법의 종류와 결과 부분의 향상도를 분석하고 종이매체의 기법과 효과를 알아보려는데 목적을 두었다. 연구대상은 1999년부 터 2010년 사이에 발표된 국내 학위 논문 중 종이매체를 이용한 30편의 선행논문에서 발행 연도의 편수, 연구 대상의 증상 및 종이매체 표현기법의 특성을 분석하여 양적 연구를 한 최종 22편의 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 먼저 미술치료에 있어 대상의 증상 특성과 표현기법의 특성을 파악하고 연구자의 실험설계 방법과 연구관점을 조사하며 종이매체를 활용한 프로그램의 사전, 사후 향상도에 대한 분석을 실시함으로써 프로그램 내용 결과에 대해 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS(Statistics Package for Social Science) 12.0 for Windows 빈도와 백분율을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선행연구 대상자의 연구관점별 분류는 ADHD 및 주의집중, 지적장애, 창의력과 창의성 순이었다. 둘째, 종이 매체를 활용한 대상자 중 아동이 가장 많이 활용되었다. 셋째, 미술매체 표현방법은 8종류로 분류 되었으며 그 중에서 붙이기 기법이 가장 많이 나타났다. 전체적으로는 종이 매체 활용이 연구대상의 특성이나 증상에 향상도를 가져 왔으며 전반적으로 긍정적인 영향에 미침을 알 수 있 었고 종이매체 기법이 미술치료의 기법으로 활용하는데 유용함을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study extracted research papers related to paper media for art therapy published in Korea, analyzed kinds and findings of expression methods using paper, examined the effects and methods of paper media in art therapy. It selected 22 of 30 theses published between 1999 and 2010 in Korea which examined and analyzed the characteristics of expression methods using paper and used quantitative research as the subject of research. First, the study examined the characteristic symptoms of the patients using paper in art therapy and their expression characteristics, investigated the researchers' experimental design methods and research views and analyzed improvements of their therapy before and after using paper application program with a view to measure the effects of the program. Data collected were analyzed by using frequency and percentage based on SPSS(Statistics Package for Social Science) 12.0 for Windows. The result of this study is as follows: first, the subjects of preceding studies included ADHD and attention, intellectual disability, and creativity and creation. It was found that art psychology therapy applying paper to them was effective. Second, the subject of art therapy using paper was most children. Third, art expression methods were divided into eight including drawing, attaching methods and paper free drawing were most frequently used. In general, it was found that the use of paper resulted in improvement of symptoms of the subjects and had the positive influences on their therapy and then the method of using paper will be vary available as one of art therapy method.
