동물상형문자를 활용한 서예중심 미술치료가 지적장애청소년의 시지각 발달에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 동물상형문자를 활용한 서예중심 미술치료가 지적장애청소년의 시지각 발달에 효과가 있는지 알아보는데 있다.본 연구의 결과 종합척도 표준점수와 백분위에서의 향상률을 살펴보면,사전점수가 모두 1%에 들어가 기질적 장애로 여겨지는 A는 사전,사후검사에서 척도상의 차이는 없었으나,하위영역 중 눈 -손 협응력의 점수가 45점에서 75점으로 향상하였고,회기별 활동에서는 점차 따라 쓰기와 그리기가 가능해지고 완성도가 높아졌으며,바르게 먹 갈기,동물의 부분적 특성을 직선과 곡선을 활용하여 그림을 그릴 수 있게 되었다.B는 일반시지각(GVP)이 19%에서 35%로 16% 향상하고 운동 -감소시지각(MRP)은 7%에서 30%로 23%의 향상을 보여 평균에 가까워졌으며,시각 -운동통합(VMI)은 42%에서 42%로 평균 수준을 유지하였다.회기별 활동에서는 펜과 붓으로 정확하게 문자를 따라 쓰거나 따라 그리기,15분간 바른 자세로 먹갈기,생각대로 그리기,기억하여 그리기 등이 가능하게 되었다.이에 따라 동물상형문자를 활용한 서예중심 미술치료가 지적장애청소년의 시지각 발달에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to look at the effect of the calligraphy art therapy using animal hieroglyphic on the development of visual-perception for adolescents with mental retardation. As a result, there was no significant changes in A's scores on the K-DTVP-2 except on the sub-test of visual-motor coordination, in which the score was increased from 45 to 75. However, based on the observation of her drawing skills in each session, A showed qualitative changes in the following areas through the course of therapy; copying, completing a picture, rubbing a chinese ink-stick, drawing an animal using both straight and curved lines. In the case of B, his scores were increased significantly on the both GVP and MRP among K-DTVP-2 subtests. In addition, B's score on theVMI was located within average range with out changes from pre-test. In terms of drawing skills, B has obtained abilities in the following areas; copying the letters with pen and brush, rubbing a chinese ink-stick while sitting right, expressing his thoughts in drawing, drawing things in his memory. Based on the results, it was confirmed that the structured stepwise calligraphy art therapy using animal-hierglyphic which was developed specifically for adolescents with 1st degree mental retardation, was effective in promoting visual perception for this population.
