아동기 성학대 피해 청소년의 전반적 문제행동 개선을 위한 미술치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 아동기 성학대 피해 청소년의 전반적 문제행동 감소에 효과가 있는지를 알아보기 위해 미술치료를 실시하였다. 연구대상은 D시의 보육원에 거주하는 여중생 1명이다. 회기는 주 1～2회로 60～90분으로 실시하였고, 총 22회기로 구성하였다. 연구의 측정도구는 아동․청소년 행동 척도(K-CBCL)와 그림 투사검사로 집-나무-사람 검사(HTP)를 사용하였으며, 프로그램 실시 전후에 검사를 실시하여 그 변화를 제시하였다. 본 연구에 의한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술치료가 아동기 성학대 피해 청소년의 전반적 문제행동 개선에 효과가 있었다. 아동․청소년 행동 척도(K-CBCL)에서 하위척도별로 살펴보면, 위축, 비행, 공격성의 문제행동이 감소되었다. 내재화 문제와 외현화 문제에서도 감소를 보였다. 따라서 전반적 문제행동 감소에 효과가 있었다. 또한 그림 투사검사 집-나무-사람(HTP) 그림검사에서도 온화함 그리고 대인관계에서도 경직됨이 개선되어 보육원 생활, 학교생활, 친구관계 그리고 이성에 대한 관심이 많았는데, 특히 학업성취와 진로에 대한 각오와 의지를 보여 현실성이 많이 나타났다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is to investigate if art therapy is effective to reduce general behavioral problems of adolescents with the experience of sexual abuse during childhood. Study subject is a female middle schooler residing in an orphanage asylum, who has been given total 22 sessions of art therapy with 1-2 sessions a week, each lasting 60-90 minutes. Research instruments are K-CBCL(Child Behavior Checklist) for Children and Adolescents, HTP as projection, and Pre- and Post-tests to indicate the changes before and after the program. The results are as follows. First, art therapy has proven to be effective to improve the behavioral problems of adolescents with childhood sexual abuse. Regarding sub-categories of K-CBCL for children and adolescents, reduced are behavioral problems of withdrawl, misconduct, and aggression. Also reduced are internalizing and externalizing behavior. Therefore, art therapy shows a general reduction in behavioral problems in general. As to the HTP test, it shows that the study subject with art therapy has improved personal relationship of amiability toward her life in orphanage, of school and with friends of opposite gender, which in turn gives her power to be determined to achieve the betterment of schoolwork and future course of life.
