청소년 우울증에 대한 인지행동 미술치료의 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 가정불화에 노출된 청소년의 우울증 치료에 있어서 인지행동 미술치료가 지난 임상적 효과를 확인하기 위한 목적으로 제작되었다. 연구대상은 ss서울병원 소아 • 청소년 정신과 의료진이 개별적으로 의뢰한 청소년 우울증 환자 집단 가운데 하나로서, 우울증의 병명으로 장기 입원하고 있던 중학교 2학년 여학생으로 하였다. 인지-행동 미술치료프로그램을 2006년 9윌 1일부터 2006년 11윌 24일까지 12주(10윌 6일 공휴일 제외) 동안 주 1회씩 회기 당 120분씩 총 12회기를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 효과를 검증하기 위해 프로그램 실시 전 • 후에 다면적 인성검사(MMPI)와 KHTP검사 및 KFD검사를 실시하여 미술치료의 임상적 효과를 확인하였다 연구 결과는 아래와 같다 첫째, 인지 행동 미술치료프로그램은 성적에 대한 스트레스로 학습에 대한 거부감을 지니고 있던 우울증 청소 년이 학습에 대한 욕구를 지니게 하는 등 미래에 대한 긍정적인 전망을 지향하는 변화를 경험했다. 둘째, 인지행동 미술치료프로그램은 부모와의 관계에 있어서 의도적인 무관심의 태도를 보이던 우울 증 청소년이 부모의 장점과 단점을 구분하여 객관화하려는 ‘문제 직면’이라는 치료에 있어서 긍정적 단계로의 변화를 가져다주었다 이상의 연구결과를 통해 미술치료가 가정불화 청소년의 우울증 치료 에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 얄 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This investigation is to make sure the clinical effectiveness of the Cognitive Behavior Art Therapy for a depressive teen ager. The SS Hospital at Seoul requested me to realize the Art Therapy for the patient, to whom I apply the Cognitive Behavior Art Therapy Program We realize the MMPI test, KHTP test and KFD test before and after the program. And the analysis of the tests give us the two results as followings. First, the Program makes the patient to change her attitude and way of thoughts. She became positive even in studying. Second, the Art Therapy gets the patient to have the interests to know of her parents and her baby brother. Before she was negative at all, not showing any kinds of interests to know of her family, but now she is positive to confront to the problems she has. It means that she comes out from the negative stage to the positive stage. According to the results above mentioned, it is supposed to say yes of the effectiveness of the Cognitive Behavior Art Therapy in healing the depressive teenage girl.
