약물남용청소년의 문제행동 감소와 대인관계 개선을 위한 집단미술치료의 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 집단미술치료가 약물남용청소년의 문제행동 감소와 대인관계 개선에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구대상은 보호관찰 중인 유해화학사범 약물남용청소년 16명(초범, 재범 각 8명)이었으며, 초범과 재범 구분없이 두그룹으로 나누어, 총 10회에 걸쳐 구조화된 단기적 집단미술치료 프로그램을 주 1회 내지 2회 회기별로 2시간씩 진행하였고, 문제행동과 대인관계에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위해서는 청소년 자기행동 평가척도(K-YSR, Korean-Youth Self Report)와 동적가족화(KFD, Kinetic Family Drawing), 집단그림, 행동관찰을 사용하였다. 연구결과 문제행동에서는 초범, 재범 집단 모두 감소를 보였고 두 집단간 차이는 없었다. 영역별로는 위축, 우울, 사고의 문제, 주의집중 문제, 비행, 공격성에서 감소를 보였으며 신체증상과 사회적 미성숙에서는 변화를 보이지 않았다. 대인관계에서는 가족화의 총점, 거리, 방향에서 감소를 보여 가족에 대한 인식과 감정, 친밀감, 부모자녀 결합과 상호작용이 개선되었고, 집단화의 각 관찰항목에서 자발성이 증가하고 협동과 언어적 의사소통의 증가, 적절한 의견 수렴, 주제 등에서 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 프로그램 종료 6개월 후에 추후조사를 실시한 결과 총 16명 중 1명이 재발하였으며 2명은 절도를 재범하였고 나머지 13명은 아무런 재범도 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과 집단미술치료가 약물남용청소년의 문제행동 감소와 대인관계 개선에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of group art therapy on the drug abusing adolescent's behavior problem and interpersonnal relationships. Term of the therapeutic intervention was 10 weeks, one session was consist of 2hours. The subcategory of behavior problem was the area of withdrawn, anxious/depress, somatic complaints, social problems, thought problem, attention problem, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior problems. The subcategory of interpersonnal relationships was area of family relationships and peer relationships. The subject for this study consisted of 16 drug abusing adolescents who were in the probation office. K-YSR, KFD and group art product were used to measure behavior problems and interpersonnal relationships. The results of this study were as follows : First, both of the two groups(first commit, recommit)' behavior problems were reduced. Second, the drug abusing adolescent' withdrawn, anxious/depress, thought provblem, attention problem, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior were significantly reduced. But somatic complaints and social problems were not reduced. Third, the total and distance score of KFD were significantly reduced. Forth, peer relationship was improved than pre-intervention. Follow-up survey(6 months later) revealed one recommit and two commit thief and the rest 13 had no record of crime. The results suggested that the group art therapy was a very useful intervention to reduce drug abusing adolescent' behavior problem and to improve drug abusing adolescent' interpersonnal relationships.
