미술치료가 알콜중독자의 자아존중감과 정서안정성에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

\'본 연구는 융의 분석심리학적 이론을 바탕으로 미술치료프로그램을 구성하여 알콜중독자의 자아존중감과 정서안정성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 국립서울정신병원에서 알콜중독자로 진단된 42세의 남자였으며, 알콜중독 선별검사, 정서안정성 검사, 자아존중감 척도를 활용하여 프로그램 사전, 사후에 검사를 실시하여 점수차를 백분율로 제시하였다. 상담은 주 1회 60분씩 총 20회기의 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술치료 프로그램 회기가 거듭될수록 자신감이 회복되면서 자신에 대한 가치감이 증가하고 긍정적 사고관을 보였다. 둘째, 정서안정 척도는 사전검사시 43.7%였으나 사후검사에서는 61.1%로 향상되어 미술치료가 알코올 중독자의 정서안정성 향상에 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 자아존중감 척도는 사전검사에서 52%였으나 사후검사에서는 54%로 나타나 통계적으로 유의하게 상승되지는 않았다.

영문 초록

This study is to investigate the effect of art therapy on self-esteem and emotional stability of alcoholic. The purpose of this research is as follows: the first, this research is to study the effect of art therapy on self-esteem and emotional stability of alcoholic. the second, this research is to study the change of art therapy on every session process. The art therapy was implemented every a week(each session lasting sixty minutes) from April 2002 to September 2002, and there was total of twenty sessions. The program consists of three steps following Jung's analysis psychological theory. The first step is to set the positive relationship between client and counselor. The second step is to understand the client's id. The third step is to test the structured art therapy program for understand the client's present and unconsciousness. The conclusions obtained from the study results are as follow: the first, the index of emotional stability is 61.1% its increase 17.4% compare with the previous test results (43.7%). the second, the index of the self-esteem is 54% its almost same the previous test results(52%). The client increased the self-confidence and positive thought by the analysis of art therapy a session. This study result shows the art therapy enhance the emotional stability of alcoholic. This program shows the emotional stability and desire for a living, but this program can't shows the valuable statistical improvement of sc1f-esteem by physical disease. It is lacking in this study and the next research subject for alcoholic.
