대학생의 성격우선순위 유형에 따른 정서, 자기효능감, 스트레스 대처방식에 대한 차이연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 Taylor와 Ray(2012)가 개발한 아들러 성격우선순위검사를 타당화한 한국판 아들러 성격우 선순위검사(K-APPA)를 통해 개인의 성격우선순위를 평가하고, 성격유형에 따라 정서, 자기효능감, 스트레스 대처방식에 차이가 있는지 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구 대상은 서울과 충남지역의 대학생 463명이었으며, 수집된 자료는 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 4가지 성격우선순위(기쁘게하기, 통제, 우월성, 편안함)에 따라 주요변인에 차이가 있는지 검증하기 위한 다변량분산분석(MANOVA)을 실시 하였다. 연구결과, 성격우선순위에 따라 긍정 정서에서 우월성이 편안함보다 유의미하게 높게 나타 났다. 또한 성격우선순위에 따라 문제중심적 대처방식에서 우월성, 기쁘게하기, 통제가 편안함보다 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 지지추구 대처방식에서는 우월성과 기쁘게하기가 편안함 보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 성격우선순위에 따른 일반적 자기효능감에서 우월성이 기쁘게하기, 통 제, 편안함보다 높은 것으로 나타났고, 기쁘게하기는 편안함보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 자 기효능감에서는 우월성이 기쁘게하기, 통제, 편안함보다 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 는 아들러 성격우선순위검사(K-APPA)를 통해 성격유형별 특성을 파악하여 심리상담 및 교육 장면에 서 보다 효율적인 개입을 할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 수 있다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the personality priority type using Korean version of Adler s Personality Priority Test established by Adler s Personality Priority Test developed by Taylor and Ray (2012). For our study, 436 college students who lived in Seoul and Chung-nam area had been participated. On basis of the collected data, multivariate analysis of variance(MANOVA) was performed to confirm whether the alteration of main variable occurred in dependent on the reliability analysis, the correlation analysis and the 4 type of personality priorities(pleasure, government, superiority and comfort)As a result, a positive emotion in dependent on the personality priority showed that a superiority was significantly higher than a comfort. Also, a superiority, a pleasure and government were significantly higher than a comfort under the strategy that considering problem as the key factor. A superiority and pleasure was significantly higher than a comfort under the strategy that considering the social support important. The general self-efficacy in dependent on the personality priority showed that a superiority was significantly higher than a pleasure, a government and comfort. Sequentially, a pleasure, was higher than a comport. The social self-efficacy showed that a superiority was significantly higher than a pleasure, a government and comfort. Our study can accelerate the effectiveness in psychological counseling and education after distinguishing the characterization of personality type using Adler s Personality Priority Test.
