내담자 미술치료 작품 윤리요소 개발을 위한 델파이 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 미술치료 임상현장에서 산출되는 내담자 미술치료 작품과 관련된 윤리요소를 알아보는 것 이다. 미술치료에서 미술은 중요한 치료요인이자 치료도구이므로 미술치료사가 내담자 미술치료 작품을 어떻게 다룰 것인지는 매우 중요하며, 이에 대한 윤리적인 규범이 필요하다. 그러나 국내외 관련 윤리규정 및 이에 대 한 연구는 미흡하다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 관련문헌 및 학회․협회의 윤리규정에 대한 자료조사와 미술치료전 공 박사과정이상 8명의 자유토론 결과를 종합하여, 내담자 미술치료 작품 윤리요소 초안을 작성하였다. 이에 대해 미술치료사 2명과 델파이연구 전문가 1명의 감수를 거친 후, 전문가 합의과정을 통해 내담자 미술치료 작 품 윤리요소를 도출하였다. 연구대상은 경력 5년 이상의 미술치료사 20명이며 2017년 8월~9월까지 2차례에 걸 쳐 델파이 방법(Delphi method)을 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 22.0를 사용하였으며 Lawshe가 개발한 내적 타당도 산출 공식을 적용하여 항목별 CVR(Content Validity Ratio)을 산출하여 세부요소의 중요도와 내용 타당 도를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 작품 보호(4개), 작품 존중(5개), 작품 보관(2개), 작품 처리(2개)의 총 4개 요소와 13 개의 세부 요소 및 각 요소에 대한 개념정의가 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the ethical factors related to the client s art therapy works to be created in art therapy session. Since art is an important therapeutic factor and treatment tool in art therapy, it is very important how art therapists handle the client art therapy works and ethical norms are needed. However, there are insufficient researches and ethical regulations related to. In this study, we drafted ethical elements of client s art therapy work by collecting the data of ethical regulations of related literature, societies and associations and combining the results of free discussions for 8 art therapy doctoral course students. After reviewing two art therapists and one Delphi research expert, the ethical elements of the clients art therapy work were derived through the professional consensus process. The research subjects were 20 art therapists with a career of 5 years or more, and the Delphi method was used twice from August to September 2017. We used SPSS 22.0 for data processing and calculated the CVR (Content Validity Ratio) by applying the internal validity calculation formula developed by Lawshe and examined the importance and content validity of the detail factors. As a result of this research, 4 elements and 13 sub - elements and concept definition were confirmed, namely, protection of works(4), respect for works(5), preservation of works(2), and processing of works(2).
