인성교육을 위한 저소득층 청소년 음악프로그램 평가 방안

국문 초록

이 연구는 A 금융의 후원과 B 복지 재단 주최의 인성교육을 위한 저소득층 청소년 음악 프로그램 사례를 대상으로 프로그램 평가를 통해 프로그램 목표, 내용, 방향, 방법, 참여자들의 만족도 등에 대해 사전 점검하고 보다 나은 프로그램이 되도록 평가 방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구에서는 인성교육을 위한 저소득층 청소년 음악프로그램의 효과를 알아보기위해 Stake의 반응적 평가단계 중 프로그램 시작 전 마련단계의 평가 방안을 적용하였다. Stake의 반응적 평가는 프로그램의 시작, 과정, 완료 후에 이르기까지 프로그램의 전 과정을 통해 이루어지는데 이 연구는 사전 연구 단계에 해당하므로 프로그램의 절차와 방법, 시기 설정, 평가 단계와 내용 등이 저소득층 청소년 음악프로그램의 목표 달성에 도움이 될 수 있도록 예시를 제시하였다. 또한, 프로그램 질 개선과 사회발달에 기여하는 평가 목표를 설정하고, 평가 시기 및 내용을 프로그램의 마련단계, 적용단계, 적용 후의 단계로 제시하였다. 즉, 12가지 반응적 평가 절차에 따른 평가 방안 예시와 양적 연구와 질적연구로 나누어 평가 방법을 제시하였다. 반응적 평가는 음악 전문가, 학생, 학부모, 연구진, 행정가 등의 프로그램 평가와 관계된 사람들의 인식이 중요하므로 음악환경과 진로에 대한 평가, 학교 음악교육에 대한 인식, 음악적 능력에 대한 음악 수준진단평가, 음악 수업에 대한 성취 및 태도 평가, 음악 수업에 대한 자아 평가 등으로 평가 도구를 작성하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to prepare the evaluation strategy for better program in pre-test about objective, content, direction, method, and satisfaction of participant through evaluating the program focused on the Youth Music Program in low-income group for the character education. This study is applied the Preparation Stage before Program begins in Robert Stake s responsive evaluation to know the effectiveness of the Youth Music Program in low-income group for the character education. Stake s responsive evaluation is organized beginning, processing, finishing. This study is belonged to the Preparation stage. Procedure, method, time, evaluation stage and content of program are applied to achieve goal of Youth Music Program in low-income group. The evaluation object is constructed for improvement of program quality and contribution of society development. Time and content of evaluation are divided into 3 stages: Preparation Stage, Application Stage, After Application Stage. Evaluation strategy sample by 12 responsive evaluation procedure are charted. Evaluation method is suggested to quantitative and qualitative study. Evaluation tools by music environment and career, recognition of school music education, diagnostic music level test of music ability, achievement and attitude of music class, self-evaluation of music class are developed because the perceptions of people who are related to evaluation program, such as music profession, students, parents, researchers, administrators, are important to responsive evaluation.
