유아교사의 음악적 경험에 따른 음악적 개념 교육 실제의 차이 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 음악적 경험에 따른 음악적 개념 교육에 대한 실제의 차이가 어떠한지를 분석함으로써 음악적 개념 교육 교수활동의 실제 대한 이해 및 효율적인 교사교육을 위한 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구대상으로는 서울과 경기지역 소재 유치원과 어린이집에 재직 중인 유아교사 152명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석방법은 t-검정, 일원변량 분산분석을 사용하였다. 본 연구에 나타난 결과를 간략하게 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 음악관련 연수경험유무에 따라서 음악적 개념교육 실제에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 연수기관유형에 따라 음악적 개념교육 실제의 하위요인으로서 리듬, 음색, 화성, 빠르기, 음악 제 영역 및 음악과 다른 영역간의 통합 활동구성에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그러나 음악관련 연수경험의 동기, 음악활동 취미생활 유무, 악기연주 수준에 따른 음악적 개념교육의 실제에는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 음악적 개념교육 내용의 실제가 교육방법의 실제에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 연구 결과에 대한 논의와 각 결과에 대한 함의 점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide the understanding on the practical instruction of musical concepts and the reference for an effective education for teachers by analyzing the musical experiences of early childhood teachers and the consequential practical instruction of musical concepts. Surveys were conducted to 152 early childhood teachers who work in kindergartens and daycare centers in the Seoul and Gyongi areas. Methods of analysis used were a t-test and a one-way ANOVA. The result showed that early childhood teachers, who received teacher training associated to music education, had higher averages in the practical instruction of musical concepts than those who had not participated in teacher training, and the difference was statistically significant. According to the types of training institutes, the practical instructions of rhythm, timbre, harmony, tempo, and integrated activities in and in between the music instructing domains, as the sub factors of practical instruction of musical concepts, had statistically significant differences. There were no significant differences among groups regarding the motives of participating in the teacher training, dilettante life with musical activity, and a level of musical instrument performance. The practical instruction of musical concepts has an effect on the actual teaching method, and the effect was statistically significant. Based on the research, the implications of each results were discussed.
