영문 초록

The author experienced 3 cases of CO poisoning sequelae, in those cases, the symptom appeared immediately after the psychological stresses. The relationship between psychological stress and CO poisoning sequelae could be analysed and discussed in 5 instances. 1. The error which could be appeared in observing the Sx. by ptfs family. 2. The Sx. might be senile psychoses, which could be precipitated by CO poisoning and psychological stresses. 3. The Sx. might be predisposed neurotic or schizophrenic Sx. which were precipitated by CC poisoning and psychological stresses. 4. Accidental coincidence。 5. CO poisoning sequelae might be precipitated hypsychological stresses。 In discussing 5 instance, the author had the impression that CO poisoning sequelae could be precipitated by psychological stresses and could differentiate from other instances. Because the Sx. appeared immediately after the psychological stresses. In addition to that, following 3 evidences 1. Among many acute CO poisoning pts, a few cases developed into sequalae. 2. Ther s no relationship between duration of corm and the lucid interval. 3. There s no direct relationship between histopathological findings of brain and Sx。 of sequelae, suspected that there s many factors between acute CO poisoning and after sequelae. Among such factors, psychological factors may be a role in precipitating symptoms of CO poisoning sequelae.
