영문 초록

210 dreams were Collected from 130 cinical patients. most of dreams were Suggested at the begining of treatment or during 1st interview. all those dreams had arranged under Clinical diagnosis 16 dreams from 12 anxiety Nearosis 12 dreams from 4 Hysteria. 110 dreams from 60 Depression. 52 dreams from 34 Schizophrenics 20 dreams of Others. And 150 dreams from 112 Student nurses& hospital pharmacists were used as control, the aim of studies was to find any possibilities of diagnostic classification through dreams. There found that the dream also showed same defense mechanisms as clinical symptoms at superficial level such as Anxiety is anxious helpless & wandering. Depressive dream is depressive, death wish, dependecy，frustration and hostility. Hyste-ricals one is colored with dramatization, decorative naivity & childish fantasy. Schizophrenic’s dreams showed vacant, empty, concrete, aggressive, naive, grotesque monsterous, anatomical, many animal symbols, & frightening etc. all but showed same content, such as escaping frightening, quarrel, be chasing lie down, animal symbols or transfeience situation etc. The control group also showed typical anxiety or depressive coloring But majority were not affective one but present problem or sitnation and/or regardness for their future. Another words, there was no difference between conscious and dream as already had suggested by Bleuler E. Sullivan HS, Binswanger and others.
