숲 체험을 통한 음악활동이 유아의 음악적 유창성,독창성,상상력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 숲 체험을 통한 음악활동이 유아들의 음악적 유창성, 음악적 독창성, 음악적 상상력 발달에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 경기도 용인시에 소재한 어린이집 두 곳의 만 4, 5세 유아 총 40명(실험집단 20명, 비교집단 20명)이다. 연구는 총 16차에 걸쳐 진행하였다. 수집된 연구 자료는 평균과 표준편차, 공변량 분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구문제에 따른 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 숲 체험을 통한 음악활동이 교실에서의 음악활동보다 유아의 음악적 상상력 발달에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 유아들에게 숲 체험을 통한 다양한 음악활동을 체계적인 계획에 따라 적용함으로써 유아들의 호기심과 몰입도를 높여 유아의 음악적 상상력을 증진시키는 것의 중요성을 시사하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate how music activities in forest environments influence the development of musical fluency, musical originality and musical imagination of young children. The trials were carried out sixteen times from mid-April to the end of August employing four to five-year old children from 2 childcare centers located in Yongin City, Kyeonggi-Do, Korea. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 statistical software to obtain the mean, standard deviation, and covariance. The results are summerized as follows; The children in experimental group, who took the music activities in the forest environment, showed the significantly higher musical imagination than those of the children in control group who had musical activities in the classroom of childcare centers. The obtained results suggested that systematically designed application of diverse lessons on musical activities in forest environment to the children might promote their curiosities and degree of flow, which leads to fertile musical imagination.
