영문 초록

The depressions are the most common symptoms or diseases experienced in clinical practice. But there are several disputes and controversies about the nature and causes of depressions. The concept of depression embraces a wide range of different meanings because of many different factors are involved. During the last twenty years, innumerable different classifiction of depressions have been proposed, but there are many problems of unresolved. In therapeutic approaches, no specific ideals for depressions have been found, even thogh much improvement took place in pharmacotherapy. The flexible pluralistic approeach is called for without commitment to specific treatment. Reviewed the literatures on classification and treatment of depressions, and discussed the treatment on classification of depressions by DSM-111.
