영문 초록

This study was attemped to evaluate the difference of structure of neurotic symptoms in neuroticoutpatients. The number of subjects was 183 (71 males &112 females),& the subjects were classified into three age groups; 20 to 35, 36 to 45 & 46 to 65 years. Based on the score of each item of CHQ, principal factor analysis & normalized varimax rotation accomplished, & its result was interpreted. The results of fiactor analysis were as follows: 1) In the age group of 20 to 35 years, five factors were extracted ; irritability, hopelessness, Inefficiency, headache & hypochondriasis* 2) In the age groups of 36 to 45 & 46 to 65 years, six factors were extracted in each group ;Inefficiency, hopelessness, headache, irritability, insomnia & hypochondriasis. From above results, the first factor in the age group of 20 to 35 years was irritability & the first factor in the age groups of 36 to 45 & 46 to 65 years was inefficiency. And in the age groups of 36 to 45 & 46 to 65 years, the structure of neu-rode symptoms was constructed by same factors & priority orders.
