영문 초록

This study was performed to investigate a comprehensive countermeasure against child sexual abuse abruptly increased recently. 37 child sexual abuse cases were analyzed, out of 51 victimized girls of preschool and elementary school reported on daily nerspaper during last ten years(l. Jan. 1980 thru 31. Jul. 1989). The summary of the results was as follows; 1) During 1980 through 1988 only 12 cases were reported but during only 1989 there was an abrupt increase to 25. 2) In detail analysis of criminal act most cases(51.0%) were commited in daytime and most cases (97.8%) had no accomplice. Past similar offense history were found in 29.7% of offender of total cases and 23.5% of total cases were related to murder. 3) The most vulunarble age of child sexual abuse was 9,10 years old school children(52.9^). Average victim number of female children was 1.4 persons per case. 4) The age distribution of offender was 59.4% for 10 to 20 age, 18.9^ for 30 to 40 age and 16.2% for above 50 years old. Above 62% of total cases were probably perpetrated by acquaintances. 5) Offenders of above 40 years old showed characteristic behavior such as alluring children into their house without using violence and they were not related to murder. 6) The partern of criminal act such as time, place, murdering are not closely related to victim age but related to offender age.
