영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the cognitive dysfunction between paranoid and nonparanoid schizophrenics. The subjects of the study were composed of 20 paranoid schizophrenics, 20 nonparanoid schizophrenics and 20 normal controls. Garner-types card sorting, Bender- Gestalt test and mini-mental test were administered to each subjects. The collected data were statistically analysed. The results were as follows ; 1) For the card sorting, nonparanoid schizophrenics consume the longest time among the three groups on low discriminability and paranoid scizophrenics on high discriminability, while control consume the least. 2) For the Bender-Genstalt test，the Z-score represented significant differences among the three groups * the highest in the nonparanoid schizophrenics and the lowest in the controls(p< 0.05). 3) For the mini-mental state test, the scores showed significant differences among three groups : the highest in the controls and the lowest in the nonparanoid schizophrenics(P
